Service is super slow and workers are super rude. If you don't like your job leave it. That's supposed to be a teenagers job anyway 🙄 also I ordered a number 3 with NO MAYO and this picture is what I get? What even is this? These folks are about to make me get the department of sanitation and everybody else out here at this Prattville location. My family won't be spending another dime at Sonic. Goodbye sonic ✌🏽 edit: called the number and explained what happened and was told the shift manager would call me within 24 hours. Here it is almost a week and never got a call. This place is trash

Utterly the worst ran establishment ever. not even worth me describing how many times the employees have just sat on their phones ignoring everybody at the booths waiting until people leave. They all deserve to be fired

All I ordered was two drinks and my wait time was ridiculous and their prices are too high for the quality of food you get

management is extremely rude. slamming doors and basically shoving customers orders at them, when the food came out 30 minutes after it was supposed to. they didn't use gloves and seemed very unsanitary from what i could see from the kitchen.

Sonic is best known for its ice cream; however, when we attempted to order ice cream, we were told they had no base mixed up and couldn't accommodate our order. The staff, albeit young kids, aren't very customer service savy.

Woe! What a great sonic. Betty took my order-super bubbly and happy to "be having a great day at sonic". Then she even brought it out to me. She already had all possible condiments with her and asked if I needed any thing specific. Go girl! You've got a great employee who needs some recognizing.

Great place for a chill dog! Lots of good beverages. Sometimes slow, but others faster than conventional fast food! I love the breakfast burritos!!

My family has avoided Sonic for quite some time because their slushies and milkshakes haven’t been great. My son received a gift card for his birthday so we went for milkshakes and slushies again. One milkshake was great, the other was too thick to drink with a straw. The slushy was more liquid than slush, but tasted good.

This will be the last review and last time I deal with this business. Screen says order is on the way all the time and food doesn't come out for another 30 mins or so. Drinks are gross and food is never correct. Sonic used to be the spot. But 2022 it is not a fast food establishment, should be somewhere you go inside and eat. Good bye sonic. ✌️ hello cook out or etc.

Decent Sonics here. Wait time was a little slow at about 20 minutes for fast food. We were kinda wishing we had just went somewhere else by the time the food finally got there. They forgot to give us marinara sauce for the cheese sticks and had to make another special trip for ketchup. Despite thinking they were cooking the food fresh it was actually a little soggy and not hot.. If you found this review helpful please give it a like 👍
