I haven't been to a Captain D's in years and this experience was actually pretty good; I just beat the dinner rush, the food is priced well, tastes good and they have big portions. Oh, I liked how the lady at the window told me what was in each bag, when she seen I was looking. The little things count. I will be back.

Good place for seniors on Sunday. We had the 2pc fish with fr fries and green beans and drink . Cooked country. Came out hot and good. Only $7 a piece

Literally had approx 10 fries and 2 cold pieces of fried battered fish...sad. Wish I had taken a pic...the one time I didn't...🙄😏😞 2nd trip months later...not much different and they tried to overcharge me as well...plus drive thru sign is broken and the women working that evening couldn't have been more rude if I paid them...oh wait...I did!! 😡😑🙄😏😞

I did an order online and when I got there it didn't show up so I had to wait for them to fix it. It only took a few minutes and the staff was friendly. The food was of good quality. Features: No social distancing requirements

Edit to the review below. Would like to give Vivian a shout out for her excellent customer service and can do attitude. Opter to go inside as there was a long line in the drive thru and it is open for dining now. Nobody else in line so i explained that i had a Egift card and wanted to make sure i could use it before ordering. She assured me that i could, so I ordered and although it took two times inputing the data, it did go thru and I was able to enjoy the meal with no frustrations. Food was excellent and served up as ordered very quick. Thanks you Vivian. Also thanks to the management for reaching out quickly to me(although I never responded back) and possibly training employees on how to take gift cards. Upgrade to 5 stars and a returning customer sooner than 5 months Original review (3 stars) 5 months earlier Drive thru is only option at the moment. Menu board was not lit, so hard to read it in the evening. After a long wait, get to the window to pay ,and I have a gift card on my phone. ' What's that 'as I show my phone. It is a captain d gift card. They had apparently NEVER seen one before. No one knew how to enter it. After 4 times trying to enter the code ,with the line building up behind me I get the managers attention and hand her my bank card to run it that way. Not exactly impressed with this location. I'm pretty sure I saw a button on the register screen that said "gift card", it was never pressed. Food was alright though!

Fish was cooked in burnt grease. You could taste the burntness on the fish. It made me sick on the stomache. I returned all the food too only get partial of my order back. I had to re-buy some items, even doe I returned them untouched!!!!

In town for business and wanted a quick easy meal. Captain D’s never disappoints. The food is always consistent and cooked as intended. The wait staff is inviting and very pleasant. I would like to see a few more caffeine free drink options but that’s only a minor thing. Have been coming to this location for the past 25 years and will continue in the future.

I understand COVID-19 is real but the long line on top of no batter fish was depressing. I know desperate times cause for desperate measures but no batter fish ugh! The gumbo was disgusting but the shrimp was on point. My daughter enjoyed her catfish but it wasn’t her first choice
