Called and was hung up on, like they would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Three times. Drove to store and was helped by Mack, nice guy! He just got to work so I doubt it was him, but whoever it was they should at least say something!

Had a local mechanic replace a starter on my truck. Starter lasted about 3 weeks. Mechanic got 2 starters both broken in box new. Had to have starter replaced in Columbus Ga after starter failed. Chevy dealer kept core. Called mechanic to see what I needed to do. He said that O'Reilly's told him that it was nothing they could do without core. Never received a call or anything from O'Reilly's. Am very disappointed in what this cost me. Will never shop at O'Reilly's for sure.

My very first time at O'Reilly's was a great experience great customer service, very knowledgeable, clean store, my parts were waiting on me when I get there which were headlights and the worker Timothy had the lights put in in a matter of a couple of minutes he went over and Beyond. ☆☆☆☆☆

With some friends who needed to stop to buy some windshield wipers and came to O'Reilly. As husbands were outside trying to put them on in the rain the employee came out and to assist and hold the umbrellas for the. Such great and thoughtful service!
