There are a few things I’d like to cover to contribute to the growth and success of this business. The following is a scale 1-10 Cleanliness is an absolute- 10 Professionalism/ knowledge of staff- 8 Friendliness of staff and customers- 10 Stock/ options/ snacks and drinks- 7 Equipment- 8 Equipment maintenance- 4 Sauna- 8 Showers/ locker room/ restrooms- 9 Water dispenser- 8 Available “accessory equipment” Jump ropes, resistance bands, straps etc. -4 Turf area- 7 Group fitness- 8 Children's area-8 This is a very convenient location and I am grateful for the ability to have such an outstanding facility readily available for my use. This facility has never disappointed me with the cleanliness, nor have I had any discrepancies with the staff. I have noticed some things around the instillation that I’d like to address; On many occasions over the last year I’ve mentioned to the staff as well as others that the Olympic rubber plates rack has been completely dismantle. The response I’ve had over the last year has been “there’s a funding issue”. I’ve also noticed a few machines have not only gone down due to faulty cables but also severe cracks within weld points; I’m grateful these pieces of equipment have been addressed for safety reasons. Though it had been addressed doesn’t mean that they have been attended to with maintenance. To further an example there was a machine that was removed and never replaced that was an essential piece of equipment that made this facility complete. I’ll attach pictures of everything I’ve annotated today 11/09/2022. In continuation, the sauna could use some love from a pressure washer. The wood is stained black in majority of the seating, which is caused from the consistent absorption of sweat. When it comes to the water dispensers, I’m happy to see that this business is helping the environment. There have been times where I’ve come in and see the warning lights of the water filters go from amber to red and were not addresses for an entire month. I gave the “accessory equipment” a low score because there isn’t a pictured list of available equipment, let alone a professional way of tracking the checked-out equipment. Overall I enjoy this facility but would like to see some improvements.

Decent, not great. They keep it clean and a decent temperature. Doesn't have an overabundance of muscleheads and it's definitely not a meat market scene. The turnover on front desk staff is like the grill at In and Out. There is occasional lack of manners on the part of some patrons using a machine that you're on without asking permission first, but this may simply reflect an overall coarsening of etiquette in our society.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a long time, with friends and family. Last week I went in w/ my little brother and we were greeted by a kind lady, while her coworker (Larry) standing next to her did not greet us at all. Upon arriving I informed the female employee assisting me that my brother was my guest and he is in the system but he lost his scan card. Initially she had trouble finding him in the system using his phone number but, she was able to find and verify him using his name. When she was explaining to me that she was having trouble, Larry rudely interrupted the conversation and asked if my brother had ID. My brother just recently turned 16 and w the way the DMV is after the pandemic he has not been able to obtain his ID yet. He was put into the EOS system using his school ID, at the much better managed and friendlier Alta location. He has been to multiple other locations with no problems. So my brother responds that he doesn’t have an ID yet, just his school ID to which Larry barks back at us “you can’t work out” “you can’t workout”! Larry clearly presented himself as already frustrated and/or angry which caught me and my brother off guard completely and appeared to have done the same to his coworkers. Neither of us responded to Larry due to his hostile demeanor. I reassured the kind woman assisting us that my brother is in the system and that he has been to other locations, shortly after she located him in the system and said sorry and we’re good. I walked closer to the desk so that I could visually get the name of the rude employee now known to be Larry, I did not speak a word, I simply approached the desk to get a clear look at his name tag and walked away. While we’re walking away Larry screams “MY NAME IS LARRY BY THE WAY”. We ignored him and my brother and I proceeded to begin out our workout. While preparing to start our workout, we were approached by Larry and Julian the “Manager”. Julian proceeded to tell us that we had to leave, the new reason being because my brother needed to be 18 to be my guest. This confused me because before the reason was that “he didn’t have and ID”, now it’s that “he needs to be 18 to be a guest”. We didn’t argue, we just left and went to another location and successfully got our workout in. My brother and I strongly feel that the actions taken were retaliation acts by Larry and Julian, for me looking at Larry‘s name tag which is ridiculous and not a good way to conduct business or service customers. Before leaving I asked Julian who the manager was and he responded “me” while proceeding to laugh in my face. I believe we were discriminated against based on our appearance because we were 100% kind, we didn’t do or say anything rude at all we just wanted to workout. But for some reason we were treated like garbage here, this negatively impacted my little brothers perspective of people. For others reading, I recommend going to EOS on Alta or on Craig for a great customer service experience and a kind atmosphere! DISCLAIMER: I am his legal guardian.

Sadly this location does not have a swimming pool. But they have loads of equipment for a good workout. Plus fitness classes and a kids room!

My home gym. Here I do vinyasa yoga with Michelle. She is a lively instructor. I like her phrase “leave your ego out of your workout 🏋️‍♀️ “. It’s a very good practice to have. Having an ego can mess up anything you do. My body was really worked out with her. Her class is diverse age wise.

Nice location, appears to have way more room and less crowded compared to other eos locations. Staff was great and helpful. May consider keeping membership. The eos on Durango is near impossible to workout at from 6am to 10pm.

Shout out to my Trainer Luke!!! He is so intelligent and is my missing piece to help me finally achieve my health goals. Life Changing. Also, Larry R has been the face I see when I walk through the front doors. He has greeted me every time with a huge smile and always gives me motivational words to kill my work out. Thanks guys!

used to love this gym but its gone downhill since the pandemic. wouldnt ever feel the need to leave a review but it baffles me that toilet paper / paper towels / spray cleaning bottles are never properly stocked, gym floor is always a mess with weights and trash left everywhere, bathrooms are always super dirty and equipment is always broken but you can find groups of EMPLOYEES hiding out in the bathroom for hours or hanging out with gym members and taking up space as if they arent supposed to be working. please hire new people cause every person wearing staff / maintenance shirts is lazy and rude as hell. except the 2 older (hispanic/latina) ladies. theyre always busy and working hard.

Great gym and very reasonably priced for membership fees. This location is my go to gym because of the free weight area and the machines they have. It has a bit of an older feel, which I enjoy in this case. I also feel like it's more open than some of the other EOS locations. I do venture off to their other locations for more cross training options at times or if I'm bringing my daughter, as the other locations do have newer & more advanced equipment and kids clubs.

Such an amazing place to workout! Not only is this facility clean but the staff is friendly and professional. I was struggling with exercises and didn’t know much about working out. I meet a fitness manager named Leah “ the fitness guru” who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She set me up with a welcome workout where not only did she take my measurements, and get my body fat percentage. She help me set realistic goals and set me up with a wonderful trainer. His name is Luke and he also has been amazing! I’m so grateful to say I’ve already lost 15lbs and down 2 pants sizes! Thank you so much for all your help! This is my home Club and I’ve never been so happy in my life!
