Never had an issue and everybody has been nice to me. Only giving 4 stars because there is some room for improvement but overally a decent place

I don't know what's with these other people but every time I've gone I've ordered ice cream and gotten ice cream. 5 stars.

Yummy flavors, cheerful service, generous tastes & servings, & great coffee & grilled cheese sandwiches next door at Dunkin Donuts! Stopped here on a road trip & we’re so glad we did. Kylie made us want to come back the next time we’re driving through! Keep up the great work, guys.

Need to hire employees with people skills and possibly someone to order supplies. You can't label it an ice cream shop if you don't have ice cream.

This place is very frustrating. Several times in the morning I have wanted to go inside to see the actual donut selection (drive through donut menu is terrible). The hours show they are open and even the hours on the door show the inside to be open, but the kids running the place keep the door locked until they want. I enjoy seeing all the variety of colorful donuts freshly available, as I would think alot of people do, especially children. You would think a donut place would understand this. And it's not a covid thing, as I am writing this in June 2022. I'm not sure this place will remain open much longer, as a few times I attempted to go inside I watched several do the same and leave frustrated. Good thing Snowflake is always open during stated hours as they are literally right down the road.

I have tried going through this Baskin-Robbins drive thru about 3 or 4 times over the last year or so. Every time, I have been disappointed with the quality and service at this store. For at least the 2nd time, I have had to explain to the kid at the window the proper way to make an ice cream sundae. Today, I was told that they were out of chocolate ice cream. When I asked the young lady at the window how a Baskin-Robbins runs out of chocolate ice cream, she answered, "Because a lot of people order chocolate." This would be a great place to open a "real" ice cream parlor.

Disorganized and unprofessional. I love Baskin Robbins this is not a good one. Ended up getting a coupon for a free scoop for my birthday. Man at the counter was not paying attention and when I tried to get his attention he kept walking. Lost my place in line and when I got back up to the counter the coupon was gone because of the timer. I was asking him about what to do and he just said "Are you talking to me?" He then just walked off. Definitely not coming back and I recommend not coming here. The crew has the attention span of a gold fish.

Worst Baskin-Robbins ever! We went through the drive thru and were served melted ice cream. My hot fudge sundae was soup! My husband’s waffle cone was stale. If you’re traveling down I-10 in Louisiana, just keep going right on past exit 23. Easier for employees to scoop but not a refreshing or pleasant experience to eat. Not safe to eat at melted temps, either.
