Great bouldering area! Our two boys loved it too climb there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and locker rooms are clean.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym part has a good amount of workout equipment. The member perks are worth the membership price, in my opinion. I wish they would build one closer to the Enfield, CT area, but I'm happy with this gym either way!

Definitely not the swankiest of the Central Rock locations and the membership and day pass prices keep climbing, but still fun to be at! The expanded parking lot has helped a lot. The services seem to be dropping a bit, too, along with the rising prices. Feels like we're paying for them to open new locations.

Amazing climbing gym!!!! Me and my family had a great climbing experience in here from beginning to end the teacher or instructor was amazing very patient very helpful very supportive and positive great climbing environment you must treat yourself to this experience. Superb service just like the one in Puerto Rico.

Besides the mats being a little dirty and gross the climbs really well set and the gym is overall pretty nice. The weight lifting area are also well put together for a climbing gym. They offer yoga and fitness classes. New routes are set on a chunk rotation system with updates every 2 weeks I think.

Huge gym with interesting routes. Lots of great lead routes with good caves / roofs. Good number of top ropes also. There were four autobelays that were quite crowded. Some routes felt a bit soft in the grading, but more importantly they were still dynamic and fun and were consistent relative to the gym. Large beginner top rope area. Bouldering and training area was also large. Lots of exercise and gym equipment overlooking the climbing floor. Day passes were a bit pricey, but child passes included gear. If I lived nearby I'd certainly be a member!

I've been going here for around 5 months now and I've had nothing to complain about. Staff is great, well kept up, and a overall great environment. I've recommended this gym to anyone who is interested in climbing.

My family and I love this gym. We have used several of their services and even the kids services. My 5 year old daughter loves all of her instructors in her Leaping Lemurs group. The gym is clean, well lit, and personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym can be very busy at times and parking can be a real pain but well worth all the hassle. I highly recommend this family friendly gym!!

I have been to several CRGs and consider the chain the best rock climbing gym chain in the world (I have been to climbing gyms in other countries). However, this particular gym needs to be maintained better. All times I have been there the mats have been soiled with chalk (other branches tend to keep the mats spotless). The locker room could do with some improvement. Fall lines of some of the routes could be safer. Routes are fun and curved bouldering wall is unique.

Excellent staff, and a helpful crowd! Everyone's looking out for one another, and happy to share their knowledge. Took a belaying class, our instructor was confident in his abilities, and did a fantastic job teaching my brother, and myself. Will definitely be bringing more friends to this gym!
