We absolutely love the Dole whip sold at Brooke's and the snowballs are the best around. My mom has me take her there at least 2-3 times a week just to get a chocolate dipped cone.

The chicken cracklin is to die for. Snoballs are awesome as well, lots of flavors and they don't skimp on the syrup.

Parking was hard as its a busy location. I sat outside under the covered area with a view of the bayou and the food was tasty it did take 25 min. So be patient The prices are good, fast service, drive through avaliable and outdoor seating make this a good place for a quick bite

Cashier wasn’t paying attention to the order. We got no condensed milk on one, no ice cream in another and one just tasted like dirty water. When we called they claimed we weren’t charged for the things they didn’t do because the cashier “forgot” to write it down. Not to mention the fact that we saw other people get their stuff before us and we had been sitting there longer. If you can find another place for snowballs I would suggest going there instead.

Brooke's has some of the tastiest convenient comfort food I've had in a while, all in one place. I recently tried the Chicken Cracklin's and can tell you that they are amazing and definitely worth trying if fried food/Chicken is your thing . I paired that with an Amaretto snowball with the headliner being the Roast Beef Poboy. I drive 45 minutes for this place so with that being said, if you are close and don't eat here at least sometimes, you are missing out on a real treat. On to my favorite part, the staff at both locations are friendly and helpful. I applaud your staff Ms.Brooke for realizing that bad customer service is not good for business. Food is pretty good, but the staff is *SHADY* with their prices. A double hamburger with 5 cheese sticks and a lemonade coated me $30!!!!! THIRTY DOLLARS. I could have gone to a fine dining establishment and paid less for that same meal, except higher quality. Don’t get me wrong, the food is not bad. But I believe the staff does crazy things with their prices such as if you want a double meat burger they will charge you for two hamburgers. Or when they ask you for “16 or 32” oz for lemonade, if you choose the 32 they just charge you for two 16 ozs. They never gave me an itemized receipt so I do not know for sure what they do, but they definitely take advantage of CRAZY and unfair upcharges. Again, this negative review is not because the food is nasty. The food is decent. It is NOT 5 star restaurant quality though, but I also don’t think that they are trying to be 5 star restaurant quality.. but they certainly charge 5 star restaurant prices..

Its a little high priced. So, I dont go very often. But the snowballs are very good and the foods Ive eaten have been very good too! The service is pretty fast depending on the time of day. And ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. They always have gotten my order right too. I would recommend others to try it out! We always enjoy what ever we order here! 😄👍🏼 4-26-22

They have the best snowballs in the area. They have major traffic problem with the drive through when the business is very busy. They have everyone pull up and park after placing your order. Problem is, there is not enough parking and it is frustrating to us as customers. Brooke, something has to be done, to prevent accidents from happening in the parking lot.

Delicious mouth watering sundae! I really enjoyed the lemon lime snowball. The dessert is to die for & leaves you satisfied yet thinking about the next time you can make this trip. The location is on grand Caillou rd where you can get a lot of different things. I’m 100% happy with the location. I wish they had a Brookes in Raceland.
