If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would give them. So they r supposed to be open at 5am. I waited at the drive through from 5:03am to 5:33am, No one ever took my order, another customer drove to the window to find out what was going on, they told her they are open but didn't have a cook!! Okay so why didn't someone come on the speaker to let us know?? I have to be at work for 6am!! I. Could have went somewhere else if they would have told me!!! Now I gotta go to work hungry..

Waited five minutes in outside Lane while the inside lane kept going. No one ever took my order. I got an drive through line to order at window but the line didn’t move in 10 minutes so I left

If it was up to me I wouldn't have put a star.. everytime I go to a fast food drive thru... ALWAYS screw up my order and that goes for Burger King also..Attitudes over loud speaker rushing you to order plus other things every fast food restaurants needs better people for drive thru that has a better Attitude and that keeps track on a simple order..its bad enough the prices are getting outrageous and fuel cost is up so nobody wants to turn around to go get the order corrected

They always get your order wrong. Once I got a number 2 and it didn't even have the meat on the burger. This time I was never able to make a order. Nobody helped me while I waited for almost 15 minutes. Horrible location to deal with.

Place is a joke. Went to drive through. People asked us to order an just laughed an you could tell they were all just playing around an never came back to take our order. Sat for 10 minutes before driving off to go to a different restaurant that deserves our money an provides decent customer service.

Night crew was very rude. I didn't complete my order before I was told the price. Waited 30 minutes to get to the speaker. Then another 10 from speaker to midway to window. I love mcdonald's. I've cashed out a lot and have 11000 on my reward app right now. I'll wait.

We got 3 - 20 piece baskets. Nothing shabby but it fed 4 of us. The staff we made contact with were all very polite and personable. In top of that, the food was hot. This is not what has happened when we go to McDonald's in the past years. I don't know what changed but keep it up!!

Got Me AGAIN . Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese . McDonald's only gave me one patty . McDonald's is horrible about doing this. You think with all the extra money the make off ripping us off that they could fix at least one dang shake machine.
