I would not even give this place 1 star but unfortunately I had to select one to contunue. First my 3 year old granddaughter had to use the restroom when asking the girl if she could she replies "We don't have a bathroom she will have to hold it". It made my granddaughter upset as she didn't want to have an accident. Second the girl was very rude from the start, no hello no smile no thank you or giving any information on my package or what I needed to do next. She was very cruel, definitely do not recommend this place

I would give less but the woman that works there keeps it from being a 1. I've never had a problem with the woman, always nice to me. The man that works there is ABSOLUTELY rude, condescending, belittling and gives off the impression he is better than everyone. I don't know what his position is there or better yet how he got the job but he needs to go. I dread having to go since now I have to drop off things atleast 4 times a week. You would think after all these bad reviews someone higher up in UPS would do something about it.

I used them today,first time since over a ye ago. Small girl w dark brn hair as cold and rude as I've ever experienced w lips tight ,no hello no smile hands me receipt says very quickly have a good day. No personality. What a horrible way to run a business. If you can go someplace else.l, definitely go there instead of here. She must be wearing a very tight pair of undies that are making her so miserable

I waited 5 minutes to be told in the most smart ash way that "RS packages go at the end of the counter." I did so without reaction and told them to have a good one... to no reply at all. Terrible customer service from what I experienced my first time there.

Went in there today and the young girl that took my package was so grumpy looking, disrespectful, and downright rude, that I almost asked her if she was having a bad day. Maybe she was. I hate this place.

I went in this morning to ship a return package & was 'helped' by Employee #146919 - an extremely rude individual, who appears to have a great difficulty hearing. They should, maybe, consider having her work in the back where she is not forced to deal with customers?

Absolute worst experience ever. No one had a smile, they acted as if they were being held against their will. Either they need new jobs, or UPS needs better training on customer service. Absolutely terrible!! Even tried to crack a joke.

I should have listened to the reviews. The employee here obviously knew what I wanted and expected, but went out of her way to do the order wrong two times. Paid for my horrible order and went right to QuickPrints in the middle of town which I highly recommend. Will never go here again!

This store is so convenient to my house but I will drive across town to a friendly store just to avoid the drama at this place. It seems like the employees hate their job and the customers and are just punching the clock. I’m sure there are times when it’s drama free but they’re so unpleasant in general that I just avoid the place. I gave it a 2 because they actually do get your packages sent but if that was affected as well, I’d give them a 1.
