Will never book another Penske from this location again. I booked a 12-ft truck for a baby shower that I had yesterday so we can move the decorations. When I got there, they told me that they were not aware of a reservation even though I booked this 5 days in advance and he told me that I will have to call Penske to figure out what happened and why they didn't drop it off at the location. I called the customer service and they told me they could not figure out why my truck was not there and they can have me pick up another one. Long story short, we had to end using U-Haul for another spot which took an additional hour and a half because it was on short notice. Because of that hiccup, it set the tone for the rest of the day and we had to end up rushing our event because it took a lot of time out of what we had to do. It was a complete nightmare!!
