I was renting a truck for long-term yearly rental any news been the worst experience ever. trying to set up the account and communicate with the sales rep to get the truck originally was an absolutely nightmare and I should’ve took that as a sign not to rent a truck from there picked up the truck truck is wonderful I love the truck they called for a mileage check give them the miles thanking that they were going to charge me my money and everything else two weeks later they call me telling me that I have a bill and then they were charging me a weekly rate of $1600 stating that they never got my paperwork for my yearly rental which is less than that a month instead of working with me and trying to figure out some thing she sent me another bill or statement with my amount owed and the money that I would have to do for Yearly rental come to almost $7000 so for a mistake they made I’m getting all these extra charges with this money should be going towards my yearly rental anyway. Don’t go there u will be very unhappy had to stop working and drive back to fl from ny. To deal with this . Stay away

My daughter rented with them a couple times. Great customer service and cheaper than uhaul. Only draw back is the u have to return at the same location.

The worst place to rent a truck!! First they make me wait an hour to tell me that the van that was reserved for me was no longer available (they gave it to someone else). For a fee of $ 350 per week with 750 miles included and after using it for that period they call me Friday 4 pm. To tell me that the total is $ 744.50 because they realized that my insurance policy did not have the requirements they ask for. This place is a joke and the only thing they tell you Oh I'm so sorry.
