Not horrible but not great. Once receiving our truck for the day, there was no DEF & the fuel was half way filled. We've rented many Penske's before & it was never an issue having full DEF or Full fuel in the truck, ready to go, at any other Penske. Again, not horrible, but I'm definitely not happy as a customer/consumer of this Penske establishment.

Easy to pick up with my reservation online. A little hard to get the price on the in person quote to match what my reservation was at first but staff was really helpful. The price also beats comparable business like budget, ryder and home depot rentals. They take detailed photos of the truck and make checking the truck back in simple.

I don't usually leave bad reviews for anybody and I'm not going to start now. But it would be easy to do so. There were some mix-ups in the beginning but in the end, they gave me a beautiful truck that worked flawlessly. And went ahead and rented again but from a different Penske dealer. Closer to the office.

Please be aware of this location. The service level of the equipment is beyond horrible. The service perosnn has no idea about what they are doing and has no clue about what is going on with thier trucks. Stay away from this location. We are leaving several sleepers from them and constantly hearing lies and stories from thier service department. NOBODY cares about service here. Francisco and hector constantly lying to customers.

Truck reservation was made by my company just before closing. I picked the truck up first thing next morning, it was clean and ready to go. Staff was friendly, fast and helpful. The manager was outstanding and greeted me upon arrival.

Fast service! Very organized people, the truck was really clean and in full operation, strong freeze A/C, new tires good brakes! Big installation, enough parking area.
