Don't rent these trucks unless you are absolutely sure you can return by the appointed return day & time. I returned the truck 2 hours and 9 minutes beyond the 24 hour period. They rounded up the 2:09 to 3 hours, and charged me 3 hours at an hourly rate that almost equaled the daily rate I had already paid for. They doubled the charges for the hand cart, blankets, and all the insurances from 1 day to 2 days. So, I was charged essentially 2 full days for a 26 hour and 9 minute rental. Don't expect Home Depot to help you with the charges because they turf it all to Penske. I called the national Penske number to protest the excessive overcharges. They couldn't help me but referred me to the local Miami Penske office. I spoke to a representative there who said he would refund me everything beyond 1 day. 1 week later, nothing. Called again today, and got the run-around. 1 star for the new & good condition of the truck. Zero stars for everything else.

On feb 18 i call to make a recervation of a 20foot truck, they said they had it available even took all my credit card info, the lady said was goin to send me the conf number to my email that everything was ready just pass by the location to pick up, 30 min latter someone alse call me from penske sayng he was a suppervisor fallowing up the reservation and to let me know there was a mistake that there was never a truck available at that location i asked for, so they just wasted my time and made me had to spend more money o another truck with less time notices, the reason why i would never rrnt from this companie or recommend it
