I order from the app- and barely ever have my drink ready to pick up in 10 mins. Now I order 15 mins and still have to wait… and on occasions they disable order ahead feature on the app.. one of worst Starbucks locations

Terrible service, wifi wouldn’t work for me and there are no tables to sit. I needed to take a quick call and I had to go somewhere else.

What's wrong with these guys? They don't let you use the bathroom. You charge customers for the most expensive coffee in the world and you don't want to let us use the bathroom? Must be fined by the City

Recommend alternate locations around, such as the Starbucks off of S Miami or the location located inside of the Intercontinental Hotel (about a block East). This Starbucks is smaller, not very well organized for COVID, and had some folks laying down out front (dwelling-displaced). I really appreciate the Starbucks staff at the locations because they work as if it’s a custom factory-line, but the staff were off their game. Good tea.

Umpolite and rude service. I was almost kicked out of the shop. I had one cold coffee and asked for another one, hot. Then when I was adding sugar to my drink one attendant came very unfriendly and said that I cold not stay inside the store, although there was no signs or warnings about that.

Hands down the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Alex is AWESOME! He knows whenever Gabrielle comes in, he treats me like royalty! He knows my order by heart & always provides top quality service! I love it here & come in almost everyday because it’s such a pleasant experience!

Pretty standard. Limited seating. Hot and tasty food. Had the feta spinach wrap and the egg white sous vide. Saw they offered plastic stir straws for coffee still, didn't like that.
