I'm only giving 1 star because of my drink mocha frappe it's not a snowball she had to use a long spoon to scoop it out it was stiff still full of white ice it was not me correctly and she knew it and by me running late for work I had no choice but to take it.

There was a long line for the drive thru; about 6 vehicles in front of me. As soon as I got into the line, the car in front of me pulled out of the line and left. I assumed they had been waiting a while so i decided to park and order inside because there was only 2 ppl in line. Well, unfortunately for us, they cater to the drive-thru cars faster than they do inside. So, we actually ended up waiting longer inside than we would've waited in the drive-thru line. Either way, I was not upset because the manager was friendly and we saw the employees working hard. The manager locked the restaurant behind us because he wanted to be able to focus on servicing everyone in a timely manner but he couldn't do that with a full restaurant AND drive-thru. So, he decided it would be best to focus his employees' efforts on one line (drive-thru). I just wished he had locked it before I had gone in, but no hard feelings. The food was fresh to order. We got everything we ordered. Overall, great service even when understaffed. Features: Faceasks are no longer required. None of the other customers were wearing them, nor the emoloyees I could see. The self-order kiosks are still not active due to covid. I am not sure if the restaurant is open for dine-in or just for takeout. I didn't see anyone eating there but I also didn't ask.

Long wait. Didn’t get our orders right. Fries were unsalted and manager was rude. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Fanta was good though.

I tried to get breakfast on 3/16/22 at 9:15 am and was totally ignored by the manager behind the counter who was moving in slow motion. I called to her 3 times but she just continued focusing on the drive thru never acknowledging me or the other 3 customers waiting at the counter. After 5 minutes I just left and went to Burger King. Since I have had really bad service here before I should have known better. Unless you like being treated badly, just skip this McDonald's.

On the road trying to make as few stops an necessary McD's will serve anybody anytime all day as well as a purpose of getting u home before completely losing patience. , but as an intentional spot to "dine' I personally avoid eating grease, salts and sugars especially thru windows. I wii say this. Their buy 1 sandwich get a 2nd for 1$ and myself i a body builder on a budget
