I do not recommend this bank. I have had a PNC account for 10-15 years now and therefore chose to use PNC for an auto loan last year. When we were at PNC to open this loan, my husband and I discussed whether he should be on the loan with me (this conversation happened in front of the PNC rep who was helping us with the loan). We decided to put both my name and my husbands on the loan. Months after everything was processed PNC sent me a letter saying that I need to change my car title so that my husband and I are both on it (it currently has my brother and I on it). My brother and I don’t live in the same state and I called PNC to ask them how to change the loan, as I can’t change my title. I told them I was never even informed that the loan had to have the same names and the title. They took no ownership of this and refused to do anything at all to help. I went to the branch to discuss how to change the title and was told that they don’t know anything about it and can’t advise me on what steps to take. Unfortunately it has now been 15 months now and my husband and I have decided to hire a lawyer to help us with PNC. It is so unfortunate that this is happening with a bank I’ve used for so long. I’m sure there are many great employees here who are very knowledgeable and helpful, but I absolutely would not recommend using them for any sort of loan.

Service members go to Navy Fed. This bank isn’t worth your time. And everyone else be cautious with what you’re signing up for. They make it sound like you need thing when you really don’t and ultimately will cost you more in the end. Ask questions and ready all the small print. And the company as a whole has terrible customer service.

One Of The Bank Tellers Hung Up On Me While I Was Asking To Be Transferred & The Bad Part Is I Wasn’t Even Being Rude I Was Literally Just Stating That They Kept Sending Me To The WRONG Thing. When I Called Again And Asked For A Name & Manager The Only Thing The Man Could Say Was Oh No Ma’am Didn’t Even Give Me A Name SMH .

Today I went with my mom to do the notary in this location. The lady name Sara shekarabi was so rude and refused to do for us because I don’t have an account with them. So she said she can’t verify my signature even with my ID. It never happened to us whenever my family go here for notary something. My parents have been PNC more than 20 years or more than 20 years, and this location we only go every time. Everybody know us very well. The other two managers working in this place long time, every time we went there, they do it for us immediately. They said as long my parents have the account here, it should be fine.

t to the Duke Street branch today and had Sara Shekarabi as my banker. She was kind, sweet, amazing and very thorough. She even was personable and easy to talk to and answered my 100 questions :) She was refreshing and I truly do enjoy her! I just wanted to share how amazing she was.

I don’t recommend this location or it’s management. I dealt with a man who claimed to be a manager Shakir NoOrani. I came in to deposit some money into my account only to find out that it was closed without my knowledge. He didn’t bother to apologize or get me to speak with a customer service representative, he went as far to ask why I didn’t go back to the PNC where I had originally opened my account. His demeanor was ugly and rude. He passed me off to another worker instead of taking care of my issues. When I asked why wasn’t I contacted about the closer of my account he said PNC tried to mail me a letter and it was returned (I’ve never had an issue with mail coming to my home) Then I was told that according to the Fair Credit Report Act, I didn’t qualify for a regular account even though the one I opened and was closed without my consent was a regular account. Don’t step foot in this location. Management needs intensive customer care training, have some respect, given that the manager is foreign and I’m a woman, maybe that was the issue. Woman are equals here and we deserve respect.

Opening a business bank account can be a bit stressful-I did a ton of research on features, fee structures, and customer service. I called several banks. The high pressure and pushiness was a bit much. Then I found Shahin Noorani at this PNC Branch. Some one recommended him-I am grateful. He is a kind and caring person who goes above and beyond. Finding someone you trust to help you with money is gold. You can trust him. He also explains details and looks out for you long term. Definitely recommend working with him. I am super shocked by one of the reviews that shows him negatively. It couldn't be further from the truth. Sometimes people have difficult times and lose their temper on others and unfortunately take it to online reviews. Go meet him and decide for yourself. It's a great bank branch overall.

This branch has exceptional staff! Jordan, my Financial Service Consultant, is phenomenal to work with. I would highly recommend him to any small business owner looking for a better banking experience.
