A "Cashless" location that can't write cashier's checks because they have no teller. Plenty of space to sign up for a loan or mortgage! ~Brad

Wanted to withdraw some cash from my account. Was told by a teller that a supervisor put a limit on how much a customer could withdraw, so they could not help me. (The limit was a low $ amount.) You’re reading it right - I could not withdraw my own money! Like a ‘Karen’ :-) I had to ask if a supervisor would make and exception because I needed funds that morning. Was told that supervisor was not available. The teller apologized although she personally didn’t do anything wrong. This whole situation was extremely inconvenient for my plans, and awkward for everyone involved. Not only did I waste my time, but I also left with a feeling that this bank does not have my trust anymore. ~Valerie

I have been banking here for many years! I have 4 mortgages with Suntrust Mortgage and multiple accounts within this bank! The service lately has been lousy! I would not recommend them to any high end banking customer! They just tried to charge me 141 late fee for there screw up! It’s not the first time but it’s becoming more problematic lately! They act they are doing you a favor! They have lost their ethics in my opinion or trying to look good compared to BB and T! Another disaster of a bank! It really sucks that I have to find another bank! I think I am going to try and find a credit union nearby! I can’t imagine BB and T will be an improvement! ~Steve

I do not recommend this bank. I have had a PNC account for 10-15 years now and therefore chose to use PNC for an auto loan last year. When we were at PNC to open this loan, my husband and I discussed whether he should be on the loan with me (this conversation happened in front of the PNC rep who was helping us with the loan). We decided to put both my name and my husbands on the loan. Months after everything was processed PNC sent me a letter saying that I need to change my car title so that my husband and I are both on it (it currently has my brother and I on it). My brother and I don’t live in the same state and I called PNC to ask them how to change the loan, as I can’t change my title. I told them I was never even informed that the loan had to have the same names and the title. They took no ownership of this and refused to do anything at all to help. I went to the branch to discuss how to change the title and was told that they don’t know anything about it and can’t advise me on what steps to take. Unfortunately it has now been 15 months now and my husband and I have decided to hire a lawyer to help us with PNC. It is so unfortunate that this is happening with a bank I’ve used for so long. I’m sure there are many great employees here who are very knowledgeable and helpful, but I absolutely would not recommend using them for any sort of loan. ~Jessalyn
