The store is a gas, quick mart and liquor store all in one. It did not seem as professional as Uhaul Stores. I did not feel the regular store guidelines were followed through.

went to pick up the truck, took almost 2 hours, had an abandoned car parked by the truck, had to enter the truck through the passenger door. Did not receive either Dolleys that we had requested. Returned truck, could not refund the money or check in the truck because the manager was not there. Called U-Haul to complain, they did not care. I will not use another U-Haul again. I have used them in the past, always something.
