The store is a gas, quick mart and liquor store all in one. It did not seem as professional as Uhaul Stores. I did not feel the regular store guidelines were followed through. ~Robin

Staff I have had pleasure of working with were very nice and helpful. Sadly there are always long lines if you go inside. Sometimes my routine rx is one back order even though it's something I get monthly for years now so it kinda should be in the system you'd think for inventory purposes to keep stock accurate. Also Walmart does nothing to keep people from parking in the RX curbside pickup spots to do their shopping so often you can't actually pickup up your RX curbside because the spots are taken by shoppers to lazy to park in a normal spot.At least the pharmacy staff is nice. ~Christine

In town for business and wanted a quick easy meal. Captain D’s never disappoints. The food is always consistent and cooked as intended. The wait staff is inviting and very pleasant. I would like to see a few more caffeine free drink options but that’s only a minor thing. Have been coming to this location for the past 25 years and will continue in the future. ~Teakeyman

Went in and ordered the #6 combo, original and all white meat. Supposed to be $9.99. Was charged an extra 1.59 for the white meat and only got 1 breast and 2 wings. Have ordered this combo many times and I have never been charged extra for the white meat and always got 2 breast and 1 wing. Don't know what is going on but I will not be back. Over $13.00. That's supposed to be a teenagers job anyway 🙄 also I ordered a number 3 with NO MAYO and this picture is what I get? What even is this? These folks are about to make me get the department of sanitation and everybody else out here at this Prattville location. My family won't be spending another dime at Sonic.
