Package shipped, lost by UPS, then given the run around after a claim has been filed, receipt uploaded and everything has been done on my end to rectify the situation. Seems that the owners are never available to handle customer issues and complaints. I’ll definitely be contacting UPS corporate offices regarding this unacceptable customer service. I would suggest that EVERYONE stay far away from this business if you actually want your package received.

The workers are great and very helpful, and printing online is smooth sailing, but trying to use the in-store self service computer to print has been a miserable process ever since the electronic timer was implemented.

Older African American lady with grey hair is very disrespectful! After disturbingly getting off a phone call in the middle of work hours comes to me , interrupting the lady that was trying to help me ! To come and send me out the store with no help saying she can not help me ! Do not come here! Your time will be wasted very unprofessional if you hate your job that much quit don’t take it out on customers!

Amazing service! Jessica was incredibly helpful today. I had 20-30 Amazon returns and she graciously and patiently helped me organize them and ship them back. Halfway through, I realized that I had made a mistake boxing the wrong items for a return and she happily reopened a box that she had worked hard to get to fit some Items so that I could regroup them according to the order number. Thanks again!

I went by the UPS store this morning to drop off an Amazon return and Mrs. Linda helped me out with the labels printout. She was very nice and professional and pleasant to talk to. Wish all my customer service experience was this nice. EXCELLENT!!!

Today I walked into the UPS store where my PO BOX and I had a young lady that was very sweet that helped me today. I want to thank Nia for helping me and being so sweet today. Your customer service was so professional and warming. I also wanted to thank Sharee Davis for being patient and so nice to me today. I had a long day at work today and she was very pleasant. Slow response from the attendants and they forgot to tell me that sending a document to their email so they I can retrieve it and print it (which FedEx does FOR FREE by the way) is going to cost me extra. I was informed once the print outs were taken, I had waited for over 10 mins and only during payment that this "service" costs an extra 1.25 - take it or leave it. I'd just go to a FedEx for all my future needs.
