Super rude employees there, asked if they had any ongoing coupons, the girl said no besides applying for the credit card. So I went to eat and look some up, found out they offer a student discount. It was a huge imposition on their lives to apply my discount. Both girls had an attitude for no reason over one pair of pants.

I was told tonight that my mask wasn't acceptable although it is a legitimate, official fask mask that I have owned and worn for 3 months. Its black with no writing with gems. I've worn it on many flights (at least 7) since October. I took it off and tried to show them and they wouldn't bother looking. They are allowed to have their store policy....but with a policy like that of being rude and uneducated and wearing blinders, they have lost my business and that of my family. If only they could see how rude and bigoted they are?!? Not willing to even look at my mask, really?

I came in for christmas scrunchies but with the help of Hannah, Ashlin, Cass, and Naomi, I ended up with perfect gift I had been trying to find everywhere! They were so incredibly helpful! I always love shopping at aerie but these girls were just too nice not to leave a review!! I love this brand and everything it stands for and the employees reflect it highly!

I'm only giving 2 stars because my wife loves to shop here. She's very petite and has difficulty finding clothes that fit well. We were in bra shopping last night, found one at regular price, and then headed to the 50% off bin. We found one that she really liked but wasn't her size so we kept looking to see if we could find anymore like it. After a few minutes of searching, we found the exact same one in her size! Sweet! Excited to have found some good deals, we headed to the checkout with these two and another item. The cashier let us know it would be almost $90, which didn't quite add up right in my mind. I checked the screen and saw that the one we were excited to find was charged regular price. I inquired and the cashier said that it was probably accidentally put in the bins instead of hanging up. I was fairly certain that in our extensive search to find something in her size that we hadn't seen this one hanging anywhere. With no one in line behind us, I decided to do a quick search and of course, none anywhere. So I came back to the cashier and let her know that I couldn't find them. To which she replied, well then it must have been in one of the drawers. Both times her excuses seemed to be a programmed response as she just stared at me with a blank face. I felt as though she really didn't care that I felt like the price was wrong even after bringing it up a second time. I've worked in retail and customer service for many years, if a customer doesn't believe a price is ringing up correctly, take a quick minute and do a smidge of effort to make sure things are right and that the customer is happy (especially when it's not busy). I'm not the type of person to demand to talk to a manager. I'll pay what's on the screen, but I don't think bad social reviews are what the company wants either. Will we shop here again? Probably, but only because you have the product that my wife likes and needs. Our view of the customer service just dropped a ton and I will be more diligent about searching for deals elsewhere.

This store only really caters to women who are a size extra small through medium. Rarely when I go in do I ever find larger sizes. Really disappointing for a store that promotes body positivity but only let's people who are model thin to shop in store. The rest of us "larger" sized women have to shop online only.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Store is staffed well most of the time. If they don't have the item in store, they'll ship it to your house for free. Great selection on a variety of clothing. I've been shopping here since they've opened. A little overpriced on their items, even when it's on sale. But clothing is good quality so it's an investment.
