I like Best Buy, but like everywhere else, they need more help. Was disappointed they now charge $30 to get rid of a TV. I think if you buy one there, they would let you discard one there. Just seems fair.

Asked for someone knowledgeable in orinters. Dyed hair lady sends that sections guy over and says he has all the answers. I tell him what I need. He tries to upsell the latest gimmick printer. No good. Need more knowledgable trustworthy salespeople. Anyone?

I didn't catch the names of the girl and guy that helped me find MLB The Show 22 but they went above and beyond the call of duty! When I gave up that they didn't have it they searched and found it! Great job!

My boyfriend surprised me with a remote start! I didn't even know that there was an installation shop on the side of Best Buy. It was a great experience overall. The men working in the department were great! They did amazing work on my vehicle and took the time to make sure I understood everything. They were so informative and made me laugh while there. Great gift!
