3 stars because we were unloaded quickly. Minus 1 star because Laurie the receptionist was sarcastic on the phone when trying to navigate to their building to avoid a truck restriction. Minus 1 star because when we finally got there, my husband asked to use the restroom while a fella was getting his paperwork copied. She said no. After a few minutes of waiting on the other guy she asked if he needed something else and when told no she demanded him to leave. Employees like that can ensure you have a hard time finding drivers to pick up and drop off your loads. ~Jennifer
