We love the new furniture! Hunter our salesman was great and the delivery team was awesome. Micah and Adam were professional and did a wonderful job setting up the furniture. Great experience all around.

Came in to look for a new sofa. The guy who helped me was so patient and showed me several different options. Even though I wasn't ready for it right away since I am moving in a few weeks, he let me what options there were if I found what I wanted that day. He didn't pressure me, and I appreciated that. He gave me his card and I will definitely be back to see him. His name was Rick Stuber.

We walked in Value City and was warmly greeted by Collin. He was never pushy and instantly made us feel important. He was able to ask all questions we asked and never once rushed us. Our experience with his was 5-star and we will be back to see him soon. I would recommend him to anyone.

We bought a couch and a chair from Rick awhile back. So when it came time to get a new bed, I knew exactly where to go. Rick was amazing and his customer service is second to none! He really listens to your needs and really went above and beyond to make sure I get a good night's sleep for years to come. I would throughly recommend Rick for all your furniture needs. 10/10

We love the couch and the salesperson helped me get exactly what I wanted. The people who delivered it were speaking to each other in a language other than English. My husband and I only speak English. Those who choose to speak to others in a language other than English, need to realize that it can be offensive to people who don't speak your language. You wouldn't want my husband and I to come to your house and speak to each other in a language you and your family couldn't understand. They did a nice job and were on time, just didn't appreciate the secret code talk. You obviously live in the USA. I would learn your language if I lived in whatever country you are from.

It was the first time that me and my husband went to buy at Value City and definitly we had a great experience. Izzy the pick-up technician was very very and very nice....he was so helpful and he always works so happy! We went there twice to pickup our stuffs and Izzy was so nice...I do not have words to describe but he made our experience even better!! It's hard to get people to go above and beyond but Izzy is really doing it!!!

Izzy the Technician was absolutely great. He has such a great spirit and so helpful. It made our pick up experience so much easier by having him there. He really works hard and tries every way possible to make things better for your pickup. This man really deserves to be recognized for all his hard work and rewarded for his customer satisfactions. While Inventory has been challenging for all furniture stores, the customer care remains a purely 5 star experience. They genuinely work to resolve any issues and get you the product as soon as they can. I feel the customer service experience from the sales to management and delivery center despite from the obstacles in todays market they truly all exceeded expectations when listening to me and executing. While I’m still waiting for inventory they keep me updated and I knew on the front end I’d be waiting as they communicate clear and concise about expectations of delivery dates and and potential delays. Have confidence they truly seem to care about your experience.

Not the first time shopping and picking up furniture from Value City but by far the best experience due to Izzy the pickup technician. Every company should value and try to keep somebody like Izzy (raise, more time off etc. just saying ;) ;) . Super positive, helpful, hardworking and great attitude not only in his job but in life.

The salesperson was nice and patient with us as we looked at several pieces. We choose the Burke sofa and love seat with power. They had a Burke love seat in clearance for about $500 which was a customer return. The salesperson said multiple times you have 7 day return on it even though that's not true as the terms on receipt says as is is not returnable. We found out why it was returned. The arm on the foot rest hits on the floor mount. Even though it seems to not do that at the store. I kept looking at the right side as something just didn't seem right and that's the side that is defective. There is also a noticeable difference between left and right side as the left side seems more plush. I bought a set from them about 10 years ago and had issue with it as well. It seems that there may be a trend with furniture here and why it's called value city. Please make sure you check over everything after delivery. Read over everything and maybe double check with manager on terms. I also wanted to add the salesperson had no idea why the piece was returned. It would be great that who takes in the return notes the return so when it gets checked they know what to look for to fix before returning it to the floor so next customer can check that it got fixed and the next salesperson can update buyer with the reason it was returned.
