Oh my goodness was looking for star was lego for grandson, from The moment I walked in this is when it started greeted with such joy, young directed my to the toy department. Krystal the associate was so so kind helping me. Special Kudos to her. Lines were extremely line I was in a motorized chair the customers just out of kindness allowed me to go first. To anyone reading this don't give up on people their are still good people in this world. Thankful. ~Susan

Kimberly was fantastic! We had a tricky layout/shape requirement and some unusual colors we had to coordinate. The selection of rugs was extensive; we had several that would have worked. Kimberly was helpful but not high-pressure, exceedingly patient - it took two trips to our home to finalize the rug selection - , and meticulous in noting which rugs we liked, and their exact sizes. The teams she brought to demo the rugs were top notch. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. ~Olga

Well what can I say, my husband and I we’re in Arizona visiting my mom. On a Monday, a holiday I might add, we walked into the Thomasville store in Arizona with three minutes before closing. When we realized this we said; “oh it’s OK we’re just looking”and Linda approached us and said ‘no this is fine I will stay with you guys feel free to look around’. No pressure from Linda at all. I pulled out the plans to our home we’re having built in Tennessee and approached Linda to ask her advice, as she is a designer. Linda went into action! We walked out two hours later with a fully furnished, from rugs to lamps, our new TN home! Linda was so professional and helpful. I highly recommend if you are in Arizona, Scottsdale, visit Thomasville furniture and ask for Linda you will not be disappointed! FYI: I invited Linda to visit us when we are settled in TN to see her great work! ~Kim
