Disabled veteran asked for help to load 6 dirt bags in my car and no one was willing to help. Asked both garden cashierto call someone and help me with loading this dirt bag. Went insise as asked someone in refund to call someone to help. None showed up. Asked front door courtesy person to call someone and sgain on one showed up. This is the worst home depot that used for getting help. Wouldn't use this store again.

DO NOT order doors from this location. I have never had a worse experience than I have with the specialty door department at this location over the last two years. I ordered 4 doors in March of 2020 and as of September 12, 2022 I am still dealing with issues and they will not make it right. First, one of the double doors I ordered (60" wide total) was made as a single door size (two 15" wide doors.) In that same order a three-panel sliding door was ordered and one of the panels was broken at their store before it was delivered to me. That broken panel was re-ordered BACKWARDS. A screen door was also never delivered. They put that on Milgard as a warranty issue. When Milgard came out with the replacement they discovered Home Depot had reordered the door BACKWARDS AGAIN. They also did not deliver a screen with the door either. Milgard informed me that Home Depot never told them the screen was missing. I am still waiting on the correct door and the screen as of September 2022 on a door that was ordered in March of 2020. Over the course of over two years I have had to tell my story to half a dozen people. The turnover rate is high and the notes in the system are inadequate. I have been given the run around by multiple assistant store managers including Alison and Eric. I was told they would make it right with me while they failed to follow up with my situation or call me back as promised. I can hardly ever get in touch with anyone as the phone just rings and rings. If I do get someone at the front and ask for the door department I will get bounced back and forth from the front to that phone just ringing. This has caused me to take time to go down to the store to go in to talk in person. This is my very first unhappy review of any company. I have been so understanding and gracious up until now with the constant mistakes at the specialty door department at this Home Depot because I was told they would make it up to me. But when it finally came down to it, they refused and claimed to not remember telling me the truth.

My disappointment increases everytime I go to this location. Mainly it has to do with the service. Nobody that works there wants to or is capable of helping the customer. Sadly this is my daughter's favorite place but even she is looking more towards Lowes. Most recently I had to send her to the store for light bulbs. She needed to get two different specialty bulbs but was going to get a dozen of each. Well what a surprise she couldn't find them on the shelf even though she had samples. It's not that she doesn't know what she is doing it was due to the fact of the disorganized manor of the section. After looking for several minutes and no employees in site she was delighted to see an employee arriving on a picker. She and my 13 year old granddaughter standing there lost. My daughter asked the employee if he could help her find the bulb while holding up the sample. He didn't get off of the machine and didn't get a closer look at the bulb, he just told her in an annoyed tone "if you can't find it we don't have it". The bigger problem here is that they do have it. Apparently the employees are to busy stocking items to help. What happened to home depot. They just opened the door for Lowes and Ace.

While the steer manure was hard to find, Daniel the cashier in the Garden Center was the man! He gave me free water and was an amazing guy to talk to. For that alone, this Home Depot is awesome. Too bad I don't live in Scottsdale, but nonetheless, guys like him make me want to come back.

Dropped by on a Saturday to get a quote for kitchen cabinets and a counter top. Was told to come in on a weekday. Stopped by on Tuesday morning only to be told that I need to schedule an appointment if I needed a quote. Appointments are running about a week and a half behind. Can associates get their facts straight before telling customers to waste time off their working hours?

This particular Home Depot had very helpful and friendly employees. It seems lately whenever I go into a Home Depot everyone scatters. But this store actually had people come up and ask if we were finding everything okay. It was a breath of fresh air.

Bill in Plumbing is AWESOME! I had a question regarding pet turf and Bill walked me through the different locations of the store that offered turf options. He took his time helping me decide but multitasked helping others as well. I really appreciated his help and enjoyed swapping stories about our pets.

A few things. NEVER once have I walked into the pro section and they have lumber carts is inside the store. They make customers walk back out to get them. I mentioned that “ all limber carts were outside fyi” and his response was “yeah”… Second, rare to find an employee who actually knows what they are talking about. I’d much rather someone say they don’t know then to offer bad advice. This Home Depot is def not customer centric.

The employees that work here couldn't care any less if you buy something or not. I had a couple of questions, but Mike made it abundantly clear that I was interrupting his inventory count. He told me definitively that they do not have the item, so I looked and actually located it myself.

One of the most well staffed and actually helpful Home Depot’s I’ve been to. Most of the time it takes forever to find a staff member for assistance but it was incredibly easy to grab someone on *several* accounts!! Unbelievable! The self checkout stands are also pretty intelligent and easy to use. They’re also well staffed and a helpful associate, a Jim K., even helped to expedite things and show me a few tricks to speed up the process even though there wasn’t a line or anything that would give off a ‘hurry up!’ Vibe, simply kind and helpful service. I’ll definitely come back to this Home Depot.
