I like the old location on Thomas far more.They make home and car keys which is a big plus.Smaller store and they don't have anywhere near the items I need,half the time I walk out of here with nothing.I like Home Depot and Lowes they have just about everything I need for repairs.

I love supporting Paul's Ace Hardware! The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. How do they always have what I'm looking for? Today I asked for " silica/ silicone tape, like what you wrap around pipe threads?" The cashier picked up a roll of it (right there *at* the counter) and said "do you mean this, Teflon tape?" Oh my Goodness!!! How did that happen!!?? I swear, Paul's Ace is magical!

I love ace hardware it's such a treat to have knowledgeable staff help you find specific tools. I swear that at lowes and hd the staffbis literally trying to Sabatoge their customers. Lowes associate "Can hi sir can I help you find something?" Me, "oh no. I'm not falling for that trick again. Nice try pal!" But at ACE that's not the Case seriously helpful and full-on information and if they don't know they find the other associate that does!!

This is a late review but I wanted to leave one. Stopped in about a month and a half ago and needed 1 specific tool. Brandon was nice enough to help me find it. He let me borrow it while I fixed my car in the parking lot and returned the tool after. Thanks for the kindness and great service. 👍

Lori on the check out is awesome and really helped me with my iPhone app to get my $5.00 reward. Senior moment! I also was confused about the 10% off for Feb 7 and she gave me that even though I couldn’t get my phone to work. It was only supposed to be for on-line orders but I was confused! She kept her cool at a very busy time of day! Kudo’s to her and her manager Brandon! Fantastic customer service even at a very busy time!
