Do not ever buy an Air Compressor from here. Check for the oil free on the compressor and leave it on the shelf. I had recently bought a compressor to fill a couple rafts and air up my car tires and it locked up after 6 months. The store wouldn’t let me exchange or let me throw away the trash they sold me here. I gave it a 2 star because it managed to last 6 months, but every compressor prior to this lasted my 10-15 years before giving up the ghost.

By far one of the best costumer services I have received from Harbor Freight. Went in for a compresor extended warranty exchange. They made the process as smooth as could be and walked out with a brand new one. Thanks to the Manager on site, even helped us loaded into our trailer.

Went specifically for large sockets to work on the backhoe. They were out of stock but on the next aisle over was a guy restocking. I asked for his help and he pulled the tag went In The back and immediately returned with what I needed. Thank you harbor freight.

Bought a floor jack and used only a few times when it wouldn't lift a Sentra. Just wanted to exchange, but was met with much resistance. Will never return!

Went in for some specials for black Friday and place does not strive on being quick. Definitely short staffed, at least for loading and bringing up bigger items. Pricing guns at the cash register are cabled instead of cordless making it difficult for the cashier to ring up different items. Didn't offer to locate products at different locations were out of. Jacked up prices on bigger items. Will continue to purchase just simply because of price and quality. But please get people at the registers that are faster with checking clients out. Took 30 mins just to check out.
