They never answer phones. Scheduled a covid test online. Went to appt. and told person giving test not in. This actually happened twice. Place is a joke.

Every time that I need to pick up a prescription in this pharmacy there’s a problem, they don’t have the insurance information updated when we updated or prescriptions not ready, rude attitude and terrible service. Today my little daughter was sick the doctor send the prescription 2pm and at 7pm they didn’t have the prescription ready, I drove to this pharmacy 3 times trying to get the medicine, if you care about your health or family health do not order your prescriptions here.

Don’t ever come to this CVS, they waste your time. The first time I can my prescription wasn’t ready and I figured i could wait. The second time I forgot my cvs pharmacy card. They said they would be so generous as to offer me a discount on my $900 cream so i could pick it up. The discount? $700. I figured I’d just come back with my CVS card. The third time I came in they said they didn’t have authorization from my insurance, which they never mentioned the previous two times. The fourth time they told me that the computer thought they had run out of my medication so the prescription was not actually filled. It wasn’t until the fifth time and 6 days after my prescription had been sent here by my doctor was I finally able to pick it up with out paying a ridiculous amount. I’m thankful this wasn’t for a life saving medication, just a simple cream.

I wish I could give them zero stars! We have always had issues with this locations pharmacy. About a month ago we got my sons liquid antibiotic given to us (he’s 4) and they gave it to us in powder form and forgot to mix bottle I got home and realized and had to bring it back to be corrected. This past week this time they gave my son expired liquid that made him so sick. I struggled with him for the past week to take it because he needed it for his infection and when I when I looked at the bottle to call around for somewhere that had a different brand I realized they had him drinking expired unstable acid mixture which is why it was so horrible for him and making him sick. On top of that when they gave it to us they had called and told me they didn’t have enough of it and they would start him on half and order the other half and to come back when it came in, but in meantime to use my daughters who’s 2, for him as well. That seemed not right since they had different doses. When I went back next day I asked for pharmacist and he said no there’s no back order your son just needs that I have no idea what they were talking about the previous day. I was so unsettled when I contacted a pharmacist elsewhere and they told me do not give him your daughters medicine it’s completely different dosage. Now I find out it was expired as well and I cannot be more upset. My poor son has been getting so sick and I couldn’t figure out why! Now I know. Save yourself the time and do not go here ever!!

I have never used a pharmacy with so many issues. Every time I need to pick a prescription up, regardless of the fact that I wait hours and sometimes days to pick it up, there is some reason why it’s not ready. On top of that, some of the staff is rude. Once I finally get these prescriptions (not ready after two days) I will be using a new pharmacy.

I dropped off a prescription at 9:10 AM this morning and was told it should be ready by three. I called at 4o’clock and was told that they were verifying the prescription with my doctor. This was for three pills. I told them they were an awful pharmacy. Five minutes later I get a text ... what do you know my prescription is ready. Too many other places to pick up prescriptions we are done and this is by far not our first inconvenience at this location. The hold music which played for over 12 minutes begs you to hang up! 😡

Called, no one answered the phone so after 30 min on hold I got in the car and went to the pharmacy. Spent 20 minutes at the drive through window where this young pharmacist couldn't figure out how to transfer the prescription but rather than asking for help, she just kept saying she couldnt do it bc of state law (which is NOT true, I confirmed) and eventually sent me away. Called a different pharmacy, they confirmed she could transfer it, and they successfully transferred it for me. This pharmacy, pharmacist, and team really need to learn how to 1. use their systems, 2. do their job. Sending people away without prescriptions is NEGATIVE helpful. Ask for help if you don't know how to do something. It's quite simple.

This is the WORST PHARMACY EVER! Called to check status of refill and it said I was eligible for another, the computer said ready at 4pm and said there is a problem wait for pharmacist. 25 mins later they pick up and said no issues and would be ready at 4pm. Go to drive thru which had 6 cars and eediced to come back with only 1 car in front of me. 18 mins later I get to window and wait 5 mins and nobody came to window and I left. Come back next day and wait 10 mins in line in store listening to others complain. I get to window and only 1 available! I complain and leave and I had another person tell to me and he is a doctor empathetic to my plight and said he can never get his prescription either and has complained to pharmacy board and Ishould also. It's now 40 mins later I get a text saying they will be available in 30 mins.. it's now two days later and they both still say in process, I have had it with this pharmacy and will be filing a complaint with az board of pharmacy. Do NOT GO HERE! Also when I was in store they said pharmacy is closing at 5pm on a weekday and they alshanged there hours and pharmacy is only open till 7pm.Do Not ever fill a time sensitive prescription here!!!

The worst! I have never had so many unpleasant and unprofessional experiences at any other pharmacy. Because my insurance plan only covers CVS, I was forced to change my pharmacy. Had I known that before I chose that insurance plan, I would have picked a different option. They are so rude and disrespectful to their customers. I have several friends and family that will not use this pharmacy because it is such an unpleasant experience. I don’t know what the problem is because I have always had pleasant shopping experience’s with the staff of the store.
