If you want to be spoken to in a rude and condescending manner as a customer, be sure to speak to David (the pharmacy manager.) Their phone-in pharmacy system NEVER works correctly, yet when you actually get through to a human they make it clear that they hate their job and want you to be miserable too.

They dont offer bags. They just send you out your way with out offering a bag for multiple items. This has happen with multiple cashiers different times

After having been on hold trying to reach the pharmacy about my medicine for 29 minute, the phone started ringing, suggesting I would be connected to a human. Nope - no such luck. They put me on hold again and this kept repeating a couple of more time. I'm still on hold another 15minutes later and counting.....I even tried dialing in again. Need help at this location from a human? Good luck.

Every time I go in there the cashiers are rude to me! The only helpful person is the women who works in cosmetics. I shop here often and it’s ridiculous that I’m treated the way that I am. I can’t help but feel it’s due to the color of my skin. On multiple occasions the cashiers (older caucasian women)that ring me out do not say one word to me. They’ve ignored me when I’ve said hello. I’ve literally seen them chatting it up and laughing with costumes ahead of me (Caucasian women and men) today the cashier Ignored me as usual and I said hello twice. She asked for my ID and I said well hello there you are and she ignored me and continued to scan my items and bag two of my glass items together carelessly. I will not be shopping here anymore!

This is literally ONLY Walgreens in the entire valley that refuses to check to see if they got something in stock. Everyone I’ve called has been more than happy to check, but this one always tells me to come back tomorrow. Problem is the item I’m after sells out very quick for some reason which is why I’m calling the same stock day. Don’t understand why every other one is happy to check over the phone but this one tells me to come in and do it myself...

I visited this establishment to pick up my Px. on Sep.24th around 5pm. Pharmacy staff is great, except for the older gentleman that has an accent... I have seen him happy one time... that was when a pretty girl walked up. Back to why I am reviewing...Lady calls the manager to the front register. Manager at the front was very rude to the nice lady behind the counter when she asked the manager a question. Seems like that really bothered her. "That's not gonna happen. It's a box!" She said like she was annoyed. Manager would know who I am talking about if she read this. Appears she couldn't separate her personal issues with her work place position. Very unprofessional.
