Horrible pharmacy service… it’s no one persons fault, but I had one of the worst experiences of my life tonight. I went to the pharmacy straight after my doctors appointment. Understandably they did not yet have my meds, they told me to come back in 2 hours. I returned after 5 hours shortly after 7pm (Pharmacy closes at 8pm). I wanted to give them extra time to get things done because I KNOW everyone is under staffed and overworked. Trust me, I get it. You’d think 3 extra hours would be plenty of time to get it done, but no. I had to wait there almost an hour and they were about to close before I finally had my meds in hand. And even then they failed to use my insurance info so they had to refund it and reprocess it. And as they were trying to finalize payment they said they couldn’t because they were closed. So after an hour of waiting I sent home at the end of the night WITHOUT MY MEDICATION. Awful awful experience, awful service.

Went on the CVS app and it says my Lisinopril was picked up. I never got it. They decided to use shipt instead of mailing my prescription like they normally do and I was not at home and the shipt rep returned it to the p harmacy but yet it shows picked up. I have been on hold for over half an hour!! This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous . Now listening to how great the cvs pharmacy app is but no way!!

My brother was discharged from the hospital and was given a variety of scripts that included acute meds he needed immediately. Come to find out when we went to the pharmacy on Indian School and talked to the intern Taos D. The scripts were sent to the mail order service and to the cvs pharmacy on Indian school. This intern made me remember how customers service use to be and should be, Taso went above and beyond calling the mail service trying to get a cancellation or override. He worked on this order for an hour and a half. Advocating for the needs of the patients. CVS. Is fortunate to have such a caring intelligent young man who understand the stresses of dealing with a mistake that someone else had made and finding a solution was no easy feat. Thank u Taso D.

I find it completely unprofessional and overall disrespectful, that the staff locks the doors 10 to 15 minutes early and it’s frequent!! If your staff cannot handle staying till midnight, there are plenty of willing people looking for jobs right now, who aren’t lazy and have a good work ethic. You’re a pharmacy. A place that people run to you to get their babies fever reducers diapers formula themselves heartburn medicine you know a pharmacy things that people need to make themselves well and you can’t stay open for 1015 minutes as your sign say in the front and your website - in this, somewhat busy area of old town… Please get management, current one isn’t good for your brand.

This pharmacy just can’t get their stuff together. I know there’s been a pandemic, but most everyone else has made strides and efforts over the past year to get better, but not these guys. They decided that after all of this what they truly needed was to close down so they could have lunch together. And even after 2pm when they’re supposed to open back up NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Like aren’t you full already!?

I’m so sick of the pharmacy!!!! Literally as we speak , I’m currently on hold for going on, 50 mins . They never answer the phone, they never have my meds on hand. So now at 6pm when they close; no one ever took my call. How disrespectful of the staff, seeing as I have a medication thst can cause seizures if stopped abruptly. And no ifs not an opiate to those who read this and perceive my frustration as someone who wants a fix. Im found to br switching pharmacies as soon as I find anotjer who takes my insurance . Fingers crossed thst I don’t get a seizure. Thanks cvs 👍

Literally the worst pharmacy. Very understaffed (I would atleast hope this is the issue) which is crazy considering it’s a PRIME area and location. Never filled on time/ systems shut down regularly and they don’t seem to care. Try another location. Edited to add new photo on 10/15/21. Drive thru closed. 1 pharmacist at 10am. 6 pharmacy calls on hold. Please hire more people.

This location has the WORST customer service ever! I had 2 horrible experiences in a week. I went in early morning and picked a few items I needed before work. Walked to the register and the cashier (manager maybe) decided to close the register and tell me to use self check out. You can’t split payment on self checkout so she had to void it and rang it up on the register next to self check out. Then she says she rang it up on the wrong register and we went back to the register she was originally on. Waste of MY time and made her life harder. There was no one in line. I was the ONLY customer she had up there. 2nd incident - I had a doctors appointment 2 days ago @ 8:20am. Doctor faxed over my prescriptions for 2 antibiotics. I usually get a text or call (from my CVS, different location) stating my prescription are ready for pick up. I did not from this location so I called around 1:30. Took them 30-40 minutes to answer the phone. I ask about my prescriptions and Sarah states that they need a week to be filled because they are busy. I said those are antibiotics which Sarah should have known. You can’t wait a week for antibiotics! I transferred the prescriptions to my original location which were filled within 30 minutes. I don’t recommend this location and will NEVER go back. CVS needs to do a better job at hiring especially if it’s taking that long to answer the phone and fill prescriptions.

The staff here deserves a raise! CVS you need to do some hiring, to treat your employees this way is terrible they are obviously overworked at this location. Drive through is closed due to staffing shortages. Wait times are long they are doing more with less it seems. Looks like CVS is running their company right into the ground.

This is the absolute worst managed CVS I have ever been to! I have visited this location more than 5 time now, each time the drive thru has been closed “due to staffing” then you come inside and there is a 10-15 person line at the pharmacy with only a pharmacist and a technician to do all activities! No one is in a support role to simply give the already filled prescriptions and collect money! On 2 of the occasions after waiting for 30 minutes they say all the computer systems have shut down so come back tomorrow! I’m totally done with this location!
