Fast, friendly service with a smile! I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas using a coupon that was easy to find on the website. I decided to do curb side pickup and we arrived 1 minute early, the precision was spot on, my 7 year old was so hungry on her Birthday and loved that she could press the "I'm here" button and watch the count down. We were impressed, 9827 W. Grand Avenue - Great job!!

So, props to these guys they do a pretty good job of putting out hot and not to bad of pizza. Haven't tried much else from this location, I would venture to say they will put out an equally palatable dish for ya. Nice job on keeping a clean, well ran facility. If you have trouble with your order, like I did, not to fret. Manager and crew handled it in a reasonable manner. I was pleased with the outcome and heres why. New guy cooked the wrong ingredients and realized it before the order went out, stopped and took the time to explain his mistake, I assumed he had already spoken with his manager because he already had an offer for me to make it up to me. He offered me 2 different ways to handle it and compensated for the extra time and issue

Not happy at all. Usually I am very pleased with what I receive but this time I was not. The Wings I ordered were very dry no sauce at all. I didn't even receive my dipping sauce. I called the store several times and got hung up on and was treated very rude.

This is about the fifth time I have ordered from this Domino’s location. So far, I have only positive reviews. Today, I ordered two thin crust pizzas: a supreme pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. I personally do not like pineapple pizza, but today it was perfect. They did not overwhelm the pizza with too much pineapple like other restaurants do, and the bell peppers were a nice touch. The thin crust was crispy as always!

We have ordered delivery from this location twice before, both times we received cold pizzas. Whatever, could’ve been busy. Tonight, we ordered carry out in hopes our pizzas would be warm. Boyfriend gets home with the 2 pizzas, 1 of them is wrong. We ordered a deluxe, they gave us a cheese pizza. So he heads back, is calling the store on the way, and no answer. Enters the store, sees 4 employees, and it doesn’t seem busy. So why is no one answering the phones? He’s a general manager at a pizza place, and he would be livid at his workers for neglecting to do their job for no good reason. Now he’s waiting at the store as they are making the correct pizza, while this pizza at home is getting cold. 3 chances is enough. We won’t order here again. (So the employees can continue to disregard their jobs, perform inadequately, and get paid for it.)

This is my go to pizza place. I order off the app and always pick up my order from this location. The food is always great and the staff are always friendly and greet you as you enter.

This Domino's is absolutely phenomenal! 💙 Each time I make an order, I have to immediately call and ask for them to add extra sauce to my pasta - while there is an extra sauce option on other items, there is not one for the pasta - they are always willing to do so, and have never sounded even the least bit put out by it. I think that by now, they are probably used to me calling about the extra sauce in the pasta, but they have all been super great about it. Thank you very mych Domino's workers off of 99th & Grand! I APPRECIATE ALL THAT YOU DO!

I hate going to a business where the employees argue with the customer. I ordered 2 pastas and wanted extra sauce, unfortunately that option is not available on the app. I tried calling 3 times while driving here and no one would answer the phone. When I got to the store, I told the guy that I had just ordered 2 pastas and wanted to add sauce to both. He insisted he couldn't find my order while another person started arguing with me that yes, you could add sauce on the app. A third person told me I just needed to call. They finally found my order but said it was in the oven and so it was to late. I asked for extra sauce on the side and got another argument. I told them to cancel my order and refund to my card. Finally, the woman pulling orders out of the oven said yes, she had my order and yes, she could add sauce. This was really disappointing because we eat here a few times a month, even though we really can't afford to. Also, don't give your credit card over the phone. They were repeating the info so loud that all employees and customers could hear it.

I would recommend the Dominos at 99th and Grand. Our pizza is always great and we order through the app to earn points for a free pizza and make sure you click on the coupon tab cuz there is always a coupon that fits our order and typically we save between $5-$8. I especially like the friendly staff….I hate telling a young person to have a nice night and have them blankly stare back at me and say nothing….their staff take the time to say thank you or your welcome or wish you a good day as well. If you know young people then you know how rare that sort of interaction is these days….so good job to the staff of this location!
