My daughter loves forever 21, this store however has the rudest employees. It seems they cannot be bothered to answer questions. Saw an employee spill her drink on some clothes and not clean it up. Shane such a nice shopping center has this trashy of a store.

The is supposed to close at 6pm but we get to the door at 545pm and the lady says we are closed! Really!! It might have been 10 people in the store if that. If you close at 545 then maybe you should change your hours on your google page and or website

Bad customer service. If you ask for help they just tell you to help yourself basically. Very long line to pay. Only 2 cashiers on a Saturday, really?

Rude rude rude!!! It’s a black rude young girl that works there that talked rude to me and the customer (Hispanic lady)before me rude as ever because we was doing exchanges and I showed her the wrong receipt and she told me get this out my face who tells a customer that I’m to upset to where I got out of character I will never purchase another item out of that store (by the way I’m also a black women)
