Rudest Lids I’ve ever been in…The gentleman at the door never tried to address us, then when we asked questions he had an attitude. He literally sat on the counter on his phone the entire time we were in the store, I have done business here before and have experienced the service we got today! I’d rather drive back to Oklahoma then deal with Lids again!!

Real suckey service. Two guys working there , black dude straight up told me he was not interested in helping me find a hat..I just wanted his funky Lil expertise. He ain't got, that Lil ninja!!!. I went to FINISH LINE across the street. Young lady picked out a hat for me, and I bought it. No questions asked.

I have called 6 times and no one answers and I even went to the door it was locked with a bar. There's an employee just standing there not acknowledging me. Horrible experience what a lack of customer service!

I ask if they have a hat in Large. Woman tells me what is one the shelf is what they have. And walks away. So I go to step up on the ladder that has a paper on it but is not readable. She then starts yelling that I can’t use the ladder. Well then how about you actually help the customers then. How am I supposed to know what sizes you have up high without looking myself and your not willing to do your job. Will not be returning to this location.

Good service .attentive with out pressure for sale. Good variety of hats. But no hockey 😥 clean and organised. Only place I can find flex fits is at lids!
