So we walked in today after about two min. A guy came up to us asked if we need help we asked if he could bring a shoe size of some running shoes I liked. he was able to bring them but after trying on the shoes he said he had to go get them in the back so we waited and looked around waited and waited some more and finally we see him after about 20 min of waiting my husband asked if he had put the shoes up front he said ya my husband then says ok thanks he responded these exact words after the fact my husband said thank you “they actually been there for the longest time”…who says that to a customer?!?! What a horrible response! I hope that this review is read by that associate and his team and management and that you realize that is such a rude and unprofessional response…. I kindly responded to him you never told us because obviously he didn’t realize how rude he sounded!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very pleased with shoe selection and management team. My shoe wasn't available in the store so the gentleman who attended me brought me out shoes that fit similar. I went along to find out that the shoe I tried on was better than what I was going to buy! Very pleased with my new ultraboost and thank you so much for your help Mr. Robbie!!! Will continue to be shopping here.

About half a year ago my review was "Very nice sales associates..very helpful and great prices." I had to edit my review. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Ive been there 3 times in the past 2 months and there's always this girl (mgr) she is so bitter. Employees here do not like helping ppl, and have an attitude. They don't acknowledge customers. Girls there working that have an attitude. I have not purchased anything the 3x ive been here bc they do not deserve my business! Though their prices are great I rather go pay extra money at NIKE or Famous Footwear, where I'll get the customer service i want. Sure enough , my 5 purchases at Nike and FFW have paid off.

It's pretty good price because it doesn't have taxes in the shoes but it need to be 99$ or less if its 100$ or more you need to pay the regular price plus taxes but is Still good discount.👌👌👌👍👍👍☺️☺️

I have shopped this store since it opened. It was my favorite store to shop for my hole family. Until today! I bought my husband a pair of shoes for father's day. Unfortunately they did not fit him correctly. So I went in to return them. AND was told I could not return them because they had been use. The shoes did not fit him. So they were not use. They still had the tags attached. I had the recipe on hand. I was beyond baffled! I could not understand why the manager would not return them! I ended up calling customer service. And they told me it was totally up to him. So he refused! So now I am stuck with band new shoes that will never be worn! I'm so disappointed. I will no longer be shopping here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I have been to that store twice in the past week and I have left every time for not being acknowledged or attended at all. I just went this morning and the girl employee was more worried that her male coworker did not bring her coffee!! They all left to the back leaving the store with 3 customers unattended. Very POOR management!!! I ended up going to Famous Footwear and received the best service there. I was acknowledged by the employee from across the store and was personally shown where my daughter's shoe size was. I think the manager and his employees should go take a lesson from Famous Footwear!!!!

Employee messed up on my online order. Shoes got returned back to company. Now i have to wait an extra 4 to 6 days to receive a replacement.
