Hateful pharmacist definitely changing pharmacies.

Not willing to schedule my Booster with the updated Omicron variant. I was told they have no records of prior prescriptions nor my last booster. The website was unable to schedule this either. That’s CVS, no different here.

I can’t speak about the pharmacy portion but I’d like to leave a review for the front of the store. I was greeted by a nice lady named Robbie who showed me a lot of kindness. Even rushed out of the store to make sure I got my receipt with extra buck coupons. Looking forward to my next visit and thankful for caring and compassionate employees.

I have been getting my prescription filled here for months but when I went to go pick it up this month the pharmacist Abdul had refused to fill it because my doctor wasn't I'm a 50 mile radius as he claimed was cvs policy. I called cvs main office and found out this was not their policy and he was in the wrong to refuse my prescription. I've been without my medication for 4 days now and it could have cost me my life. I will no longer use this pharmacy as long as Abdul is a pharmacist here!

The pharmacist Abdul is racist! 2 times now has me and my wife had bad experiences with this pharmacist! We have also spoken with others with bad things to say about him. He sits on a high horse but can't for long the way he treats people. We will never be back to this one which is awful because the rest of the staff is amazing. Very sad to see someone abuse the power they have because they can.

Elijah is the human doorstop I always end up having to wait on for service -- if service actually meant meandering around an empty store with 1 or 2 waiting customers and being flippant about one's job, not greeting the customer and not bothering to be friendly whatsoever. Not sure why this place is still open. It's literally empty every time I've ever come here and whenever someone walks in, we end up joking what an empty, unattended store it is. I guess no one likes the lackluster service or the thinly veiled attitude. Go figure.

I went to CVS tonight and had the best experience. The pharmacist and his staff were wonderful but I was blown away by Macy who works in the front of the store. She was so sweet and helpful, explained the CarePass and I signed up for it because she explained it so well. She is definitely a keeper and an asset to CVS. I am NP in Chattanooga and know how stressful working in healthcare can be, so to see someone so young be so nice and going the extra mile is so rewarding. Great job Macy and I hope you are rewarded for the asset you are!

The cashier kelia was so very nice! She asked me if I needed help as soon as I walked in and made sure my needs were met. This woman needs a raise and promotion to manager. She really knows how to do her job a lot more than most.

If I could put less stars I would. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and has absolutely 0 costumer service. The pharmacists themselves know nothing, you ask them a question and all they can tell you is what they read off of a screen. The wait times. . . I have no words. I have to call every month to remind them every single month to fill a medication that is on automatic refill. If you come through the drive thru, I hope you don’t have anywhere else to be for the next hour. Going inside is no better, it takes them ten minutes to acknowledge you. Try to call, make sure you have 20+ minutes to wait for them to answer the phone. Don’t have your prescriptions sent here if you need them in a decent amount of time, it’ll take them 8+ hours to fill them, if they even get to it that day. If I could use a different pharmacy, I 100% would not hesitate to change.

Other than a couple of staff they are very horrible at customer service. The pharmacy staff act like they are so insanely busy every minute of every day. They are not personable at all. If you need to get an authorization from the doctor to get a refill they don't let you know. When you depend on a monthly medicine that is detrimental to your health, this is a necessity. There is a younger guy with long hair in the pharmacy that I tried to talk to tonight that acted like I was dumb and he couldn't be bothered with me. They rush around always without having any eye contact with their customers. Just extremely horrible at customer service. Take a little time... go the extra mile. I use another pharmacy and every time I go in, once a month, the pharmacist gets my prescription without even having to ask my name. That is great customer service! Out of 100's of customers, she takes the time to be personable. Getting to know your customers and being friendly goes a long way! Most people getting prescriptions either are really sick in that moment or have ongoing health issues. A smile goes a long way!!! I called corporate customer service and was not helped. Then I called back and stayed on hold forever. Extremely overall displeased with CVS. I would be willing to change my negative feedback if any one of the pharmacists at CVS in Lafayette would take any of my suggestions to heart.
