I have had nothing but good experiences here. I’ve been going to this business since it was at another location and moved to this location a few years ago. I know the owner. He is a very nice and polite person and will go out of his way to make sure my car or my husband’s is in perfect condition. I do have to admit that the area doesn’t have the more educated people around. It is a commercial street. There are quite a few fast food restaurants in case you need to grab a bite while you wait for your vehicle to be ready. I would recommend this establishment.

I took my truck in to get transmission oil checked and filled. They told me $40 and then charged me $80. If you dont pay they want to beat you up. THEY ARE GANGSTERS. Services: Engine repair, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Took in my old 2009 Toyota Highlander which Im restoring and they made my engine look new with deep cleaning. I would recommend this cleaning to everyone once a year regardless of the age of your car. It also makes it pleasant for your mechanic to work and service your engine. See Pics.

I am so happy!! To find my mechanic store. The manager Oscar is a very reliable and trustworthy person. My mechanic the doctor Pedro he knows so much about car and did an amazing and professional job. This place doesn't take advantage of me because I am woman is more they really care about me and my care because I don't know nothing about mechanic and I feel all the time like I was with my mechanic family. I've been using Global for more than 10 years, I've have several cars and trust them with each one. Oscar the manager always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car issues are resolved at an affordable price. I'm not sure why some reviews are negative, keep in mind if you have a problematic car you can't blame the mechanic for that. I had a 2009 Nissan Maxima with electrical issues, they fixed one issue just for another to pop up, Oscar suggested that I take it to the dealer because they had done as much as they could and he didn't want to keep charging me for services. Long story short, Nissan told me they were amazed that my car was even still driving and that whoever fixed it prior was a "magician" and that they'd like to hire them. Unfortunately the type of electrical problems I had was not worth the cost to fix it at the dealer (3,000+ dollars)! Any other mechanic would never had told me to go to the dealer, they would've just keep "fixing" and taking my money. As a woman it's hard to find mechanics that will be honest and not over charge, Oscar and his whole team is AWESOME! Rest assured that you will recieve the best care at affordable prices! PS My son started driving and he too uses Global, I've referred several family and friends and they too are satisfied with the services rendered at Global! Horrible service, I was told to wait for an estimate that would be from $45 to $65 for electrical. they kept telling me 20 min the car will be checked. I ended up having to leave the car over night since no check up was done. When I went to pay for the job done my car had 2 "new issues" , The door would not open and the car alarm would not want to stop sounding. They said that's not their problem they did their work and since my car is old and beat up their not responsible. Honda civic 2008, Please Be aware I Don't Recommend this shop to anybody. Had an issue with my car's gas pump, it was newly installed by a mechanic and every time I put gas the gas would spill, in addition the gauge was also broken, couldn't tell if the car was full or empty. I went to the Global repair shop and explained the situation and informed them that I had 3 problems with the car in total, but the I really wanted to fix the gas pump issue because it was spilling gas. Oscar gave me a general quote of how much the job could be, however I asked for a call after confirming the issue before any repairs was done. The next day I received a call from Oscar, he said work was done to come and pick up the car, and from the sound of what he told me , I could sense that the real issue was not resolved. We could not understand each other over the phone, so I went in to the shop, when he told me that the electrical issue with the gas gauge was fixed. I informed him that the gauge was not my priority, the gas spill was my priority. He basically argued with me that I never told him about the gas pump issue...Now I had to come up with some more money for the gas pump/gas spill issue. Again, I asked him to just check the problem and let me know how much that would be before doing anything, he said he would check and call me within 2 hours. 1 day goes by I hear nothing, 2nd day I didn't hear anything in the morning so I went in to the shop around 3pm. at which point he said it was the gas pump sensor Emission and it would cost $330 to fix. He said he hadn't call me because he was waiting to get cost for the part, however he gave me a quote anyways without getting the price of the part? So, I left and told him that I would think about it, nonetheless, that didn't sit well in my spirit so I came back to get my car. I had to pay $220 for the electric gauge, he said some hose were changed he had to buy new parts for this or that, but when he showed me the list of what was done on paper it only states fuel pump system/check-up, clock spring. So I asked for more details...Anyways, I just don't trust that shop. Had I read the reviews before going I wouldn't have gone there. I believe all the 5 stars could be from family members and friends because there's no way...I should've known when I noticed their phone number ends with 666, seriously, I don't play with that number. Business owners must understand - when they are honest and fair with their customers in business dealings, their business is bound to be successful, and there will be no need for trickery...
