I visited the lafayette store today and it was miserably hot inside. It is a shame that the employees are working without any AC. I was told it is broken and they aren't going to fix it. I've always loved visiting this store, however as hot as it is outside I wont be supporting this location allowing there employees to work in those conditions.

It don't take me five minutes before I find three things I like from in here. I have been in a few times and already wear everything I bought from in here. My only issue is that they never really have a wide variety of shorts as they do shirts and jeans. The prices are high for a thrift store, but still cheaper than retail. I will definitely return.

I feel sorry for the innocent workers cause we personally love cashier's their excellent! We will see how this plays out cause it's going to lose business over not getting word out better. I like this Lafayette Goodwill. The Clothes are in good shape and the prices are good with the .99 cent days and half off price for colors. I have found many shirts and sheets in good shape.

Donated items should be priced much lower in my opinion; the Lafayette store is quite a bit overpriced. That's a shame, as items that don't sell in a relatively short time are bundled up and sold overseas by the pound. The Lafayette store has very little to attract a savvy bargain hunter, unless you have a great deal of time to struggle through the overstuffed racks to find the occasional designer clothes that slipped past the sorting crew. For that little glimmer of hope, I will give 1 star. Sorry, just being honest.

On the other hand they have many "donated" products that they are trying to sell for almost new prices. Personally if you looking for clothes then check the attic treasures next door first. They actually support battered women shelters. Not just in it to fatten there pockets.

I have a good time when I go there.I see some of the things that have long been gone from our house when I was a child.I never thought some things would last so long.I also shop for myself too.I buy really nice clothes,that I wouldn't have bought for myself otherwise.I don't get to the mall much.I think I've been there 5 times sense the has been built.That's been many years ago.I also buy things for my house.Things for grandkids to play with,I don't have to cry if it's gets destroyed soon after I get it.Those expensive toys are out of my budget. There is one problem that I do see and it has to do with the couches,if they look like garbage they probably are trash it before it hits the sales floor Thank You G W.Mrs Brown😃

Prices are ridiculous. I know goodwill helps people and makes jobs for people...but I dont see how they're helping people when prices are so risiculous and item is better off bought new. They could sale more items and help more people if the prices were a little lower.
