Very kind and helpful staff, from donations to buying they all serve a warm smile with their service. I feel that people shy away from goodwill’s because of some fear of ghetto mess, but its actually a very calm store that you can shop till you drop in, they also have added a snack section if you want something to chew while waiting in line or in traffic after you leave

An employee named Jon calls the resellers for the hook up on the shoes going to the floor. One reseller was today putting out the shoes like he works there. Might as well tell everyone else they can't shop because the entitled resellers are running the place. Don't give me a number to call, you know this has been going on, and choose to do nothing about it. I actually don't know why I'm writing this review

This place is just shameful. I mean the prices here are absolutely outlandish for no reason at all. While i understand that goodwill has increased prices and must send some items to their online store, this store is just ridiculous. The shelves are usually bare or filled with complete worthless dollar tree goods. Beat up shoes and purses and crazy prices for hard goods that sit for weeks that eventually end up broken and thrown away. Ive seen items sit for weeks because of they extreme over pricing. Ive shopped here for years and this store use to sell good stuff but now its just over priced cheap goods.

They were picky about what they would receive despite all of my donations being 100% useful and worthwhile. I've worked as a volunteer in another thrift store environment and know the business. They are lazy.

Walked in there to talk to a manager and was refused. Then went to the back to see if I can find her and then I hear the guys on n the back are calling each other profanity names.It was disturbing and then I was told to call corporate if I wanted better service I will never go to this location or donate to any Goodwill again !!!!! Then when I seen the manager she was in her cell phone outside . ******* replying to comment below ….. So if I already did ask for assistance and was refused how can I ask again your establishment is not professional, they are rude and Goodwill is a horrible money making scheme!!!!!! I will never shop at your stores ever again

Do something about all the re sellers that you have , no matter what day or time you go, they always there and vanished everything! Everybody y knows them don’t act like you don’t know. If you are looking for a couch or whatever for your own home you just can’t find nothing cause they already took it to re-sell!! And don’t give me a number to call, YOU do something about it!

Always a great place to visit! Great values! I got one shirt that was twice the price it's really not a brand-new which it was basically look like haven't even worn! And it was a very high-end shirt! The personnel there were extremely helpful and friendly!

I came by this goodwill because it’s close to work and my local thrift just closed down. Prices are a little higher than I’m used to paying but I found really nice items on my trip. They have many different sizes in all clothing items and Tom at checkout had the best attitude and great customer service. Shoutout to him for being so kind and helpful!
