Stall in the woman's restroom has been torn completely off it's hinges and the restroom is a complete mess. Manager is not doing her job and keeping the store clean.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill Store. Entire store is now dirty. Broken glass among the pictures. Dirt and grime on all the shelves. Ladies room needs a visit from the health department. Stall door in the ladies room has been broken for several weeks now. It is now completely off the door jamb and is leaned up against a far wall. Stall has no door. This store does not look like it belongs in Alpharetta anymore. The 2 staff members that are there are trying their best but they need outside help from Corporate.They are trying to hire but who would want to work in such a environment.

Prices are high and downright extremely outlandish. They still get good donations but put absolute junk on the floor. An employee told me that when she walks into the managers office, he has tons of donated sneakers sitting on the floor for his personal use. Id rather throw my donations in the garbage before i donate to goodwill especially if they are keeping the stuff for themselves Ive heard that the employees kerp the good stuff at other locationstoo

Way over priced compared to other Goodwill stores. Much of the merchandise was is horrible shape/broken. Bathrooms were not open to customers. Understaffed and cashier with ride attitude.

Great location. Thank you ADAM. I really enjoyed the nice items at this location. The furniture items were nice quality, the toy items were nice as well, there was a nice size selection of bicycles. The employees in the front end were friendly. The line was long, but it moved really fast. Overall a great location I would highly recommend to everyone

This is the WORST Goodwill I have ever been to!! I went into the store today, got a few items, stood in line and noticed the line was 15 carts long. There was only one cashier and she was yelling and berating a Hispanic family and accusing them of stealing. Humiliating them and bullying them. I left in pure disgust and shock! Please train your cashier that it is NOT OK to accuse people of stealing and yell at them in front of the entire store!! Teach them to be respectful to everyone.

Very clean, nice people. Spent 68.00$ But the girl at who checked me out didn't ask anyone if they wanted to "round up". I think that helps alot of people 🤔

The worst customer service. The manager of this location is horrible. He treat me like a trash, he yield at me in front everybody I felt very disrespectful. I want to make a complaint about him but no one told me his name apparently the employees don’t know there boss name. Honestly I feel horrible and couldn’t do anything about it. I been reading a lot bad reviews about this manager. Please customer always check the prices before paying, all the problem started because this location charge more than the real prices. After you pay is nothing you can do. Everything is súper súper expensive. Horrible goodwill don’t come here.
