I went in to cash some checks that can’t from Prudential and I was immediately tested like a scammer or fraudster. He first stated what kind of checks are these.. they clearly say prudential and i said I cashed out my 401k and these have been trickling in and the amounts were small so I had not decided to cash them until I received this last one. He kept looking at the checks flipping them over and said buy some of these are fork January and I once again explained that I didn’t deposit them at the time because the amounts were minute. After I reached this last one that one for over a hundred dollars I was going to deposit them into my NFCU bank acct but it’s firm. He literally said point blank that he could not cash my checks. I dint know if it was because I am black or what… if they have cameras I told him you act like I’m a scammer.. I’m a nurse with a new Lexus truth and he said he wouldn’t cash my checks. I’m reporting this to corporate and on my popular social media page! ~Tera

I've never walked out of Torrid unhappy. The discounts during sale times are amazing. I do wish the stores had more variety because there is so much more online and I prefer to try things on. Perhaps they could build a few larger locations that had space to hold more options. There's nothing like going in and finding cute clothes, shoes, accessories, and undies that fit. ~Brittani

I went to FINISH LINE across the street. Young lady picked out a hat for me, and I bought it. No questions asked. ~Michael

They tend to close when they feel like it regardless of posted hours... holiday hours say 7pm and I'm outside as of 6:38pm. It's about 12 employees inside just looking at everyone attempt to come inside. I've witnessed 4 people come up... I was going to purchase 5 pairs of shoe myself. ~Dominique

Upon entering the location no one said hello, welcome, I'll be with you shortly or anything. 30 min later still sitting. I've been to this location several times and walked out due to not feeling like my money was worth spending here. There is a young lady that is normally here(African American) very nice and helpful when I come but she is not here today and it shows. I worked in wireless for over 20 years sales, store mgmt, B2B you name it. Things really need to change at alot of these retail stores. Thanks and I apologize but it needed to be said. ~Courtney
