I don't like writing negative reviews but have to for this.
Accessing my money here is next to impossible. The lobby is frequently closed with a note on the door. There are three drive-thru lanes and only one ATM lane. No ATM inside the first set of doors, either. My debit card said "transaction limit exceeded" the FIRST time I tried the ATM! I don't have 45 minute to wait in line to get the cash I need.
I'm now on hold trying to find out what's up with my debit card... and have been on hold for over 45 minutes. Guess I should have gotten in line. But at least I was able to eat lunch by coming home and being on hold. (Your hold time is less than 25 minutes" says the automated machine... but I've been on hold over 45.)
I'm done. This is an ongoing frustration. It's not the first time I've had these issues but it is the last. As soon as I have the time to sit in line I'm closing my accounts. ~Amy
