Mimi Mcguire gave 5 start service. I needed help my check engine light came on. She greeted me when i came in and asked how she could help. I explained my problem, she gave me the machine and instructions on how to use it. I returned with the machine and she pulled the report. Sent the full report to my email, but first she explained the report to me, suggested where to start with the repairs. Steve J ***** wasn't the person helping me, but he checked on me when he came outside to do a delivery i believe. He made sure i wasn't having trouble using the device. I wasn't even his customer. Thank you both for the great service!

One of the red shirt employees needed a manager password to go to the next screen and manager Ray Williams sat in the commercial area on his personal phone, the employee asked 3 times for the manager password but the manager Ray kept blowing me and him off, I told him I needed to get somewhere so if he could please hurry he got agitated and said "BOSS GIVE ME A MINUTE IM BUSY HERE", I needed up waiting even longer after that and he sent a different manager to come insert their password. I would not recommend anyone to go here, too many inconveniences and very rude management

Cutomer service is a joke. I asked a guy a question to make a purchase, he went to go look and stopped to start working with someone else. Didnt even acknowledge me anymore. Few people know anything about a car. One guy tried not to sell me a bag of clamps because he said they were for mechanics only which wasnt true, it was just more clamps in that bag. He told me, "you dont need that many".

Ms. Christy is truly a jewel!!! I came in because the light in my car came on AGAIN saying the “coolant level was low” and so I asked her for help and not only did she help me, she explained what it was I needed, the purpose for it and even took the time to show me where it’s located underneath the hood and the importance of why to take the top off slow!!! It may not seem like a big deal to some but for me it blessed my whole life and totally made my day!!!! In a time where so many people fail at providing EXCELLENT customer service Ms. Christy was very professional, energetic and knowledgeable!!! Thank you for employing such a wonderful woman!!! 😃

I was putting a part on my car today and decided to make an online purchase for a gas cap. The repair took about 30 plus minutes and afterwards I set around waiting for an email to say that my order was ready for pickup. I had to conduct other business and while out, I decided to go by this store. I went inside to find two young men at the registers. One taking payment for another customer and the other standing at the register on the phone. Once his phone call was concluded, he turned his attention towards me. I told him I placed an order a while ago and since I was out, decided to stop by and see if I can get the gas cap I ordered. He turned the screen around and said it’s being picked and that it’s not ready. Nobody else was in the store and I thought that they could have went and got the gas cap. Here it is an hour left before close and still haven’t receive no response or notification about my order.

Went to AutoZone on beltline today in cedar hill around 9 and the manager lady Christy m. Was running the hell out that store. It was 6 of us in the line the manager was by herself but her smile never dropped she helped 2 of us at a time. On top of that a lady wanted her battery installed but that Ms Christy told her if she was willing to wait she would do it. I sat in my car watched her clear us out she did that lady battery in no time still with a smile!! All I'm saying is Ms. Christy glad to meet you and women like you are needed in customer service

The more I go to autozone the more enraged I become. I hate going in as the professionalism and knowledge of parts left when Covid arrived.when I pay my money for a part or service I am trusting that you are the expert for the part or service that you are selling. That's not the case with your stores. It seems as if you are just hiring bodies to have a human interaction regardless of what the y know about your service....or in this case what they don't know. I will not do business with autozone anymore Amazon Walmart rockauto.com are all better options seeing as how the part I need is never at my local store and I have to drive to your hub to get it anyway.

Devin offered 5 star customer service today. He exchanged out my bad battery and exchanged my battery super quick and even helped me take the the old battery out and put in the new one. Great service!
