Kids Foot Locker

The Associate Aaron was unprofessional in the way that he handled my transaction. He asked me if I wanted to exchange. I told him no because I purchased new shoes last week anticipating the exchange. He gave me all small bills the majority in 1 dollar bills because he didn't like the return. The unprofessional person didn't give me the larger bills although I requested he do so. Then he just gave it to me and didn't bother to count it out. I have spent literally hundreds of dollars in the last 3 weeks with a plan to return but you can guarantee they will not see any of my money. I would never choose to tolerate rudeness and disrespect. He would benefit from customer service training. ~Nichelle

Target

This isnā€™t my first time getting pasta from Targetā€™s deli section, but today is my first (and last) time at this location. I bought the tomato basil pasta salad and it was something hard and clear in my pastaā€¦what even is this!?? It looks like melted plastic. I found a couple more pieces like this and I donā€™t even want to finish the food. Smh ~Tamaria

Wendy's

This location is on the outskirts of a shopping center on a bustling 6 lane street and it's very busy in the evenings. Expect to wait. We use the drive-thru. I haven't ever been inside. There are 2 lines for the drive thru and the outer lane is faster, but will have you obstructing traffic flow for shopping center. My orders have always been accurate, heat hot and the sodas were strong. ~Kenya

Chipotle Mexican Grill

The continued bad service is funny. The staff has turned at least 10 times, the store was closed and you all still can't get it right. My food was over 15 minutes late and others who had ordered after me on the app got their food first. I am now waiting for the limeade that was bone dry in the fountain sent an email advertisement just 8 hours ago about while my food is getting cold after being made 15 minutes late. I had to go back to get something they forgot and had to ask multiple times for someone to get the jug of limeade out the freezer, after leaving with a different drink because they could not be bothered when I asked and left the first time. They then refused to change the cup I had already consumed from to go back to the dispenser. Then there was even more time wasted because the machine had to mix the drink. This could have been done that thirty minutes I had been there before. There are at least 6 employees here. It's disgusting. Food everywhere on the floor. Food is caked on the tables and on the serving area, trash on the tables. A customer came in to return the bowls in the photo that had been touched by people and the manager. The employees and the manager laughed and sang and just left the food on the table for 30+ minutes. The other employees just left the other two mobile app associates to make multiples of orders and they had no customers in line. I wish they would close this place. BTW when you make customers have to deal with the obvious dysfunction of your business, it makes them lose their appetite which defeats the purpose of your establishment. ~R

AT&T Store

Canā€™t help but believe most other reviews are fake (reviewers only have reviewed this one place, immediate glowing thanks from the ā€œownerā€) because our experience was the exact opposite. I donā€™t know that Iā€™ve ever given a 2 stars before. Added one star because even though it was like being dragged through a car wash behind a car, we sorta came out clean I guess? Got a phone case that seems to work. +1 star. Zero customer service. Associate seemed bored by having to talk to us. Rarely made eye contact when speaking, and otherwise put out by having to help customers. We came in to port a line to AT&T. Even though we asked for plan info, cost, etc. the person helping us never explained any costs, transferred our number away from our old carrier without checking that it was unlocked (we had checked it on the website, and it had said eligible, but when he changed it over, it said it needed to be unlocked, but by that point their actions had apparently closed our account with our previous carrier, so we had to make another trip out the next day). Oh. yeah. And he still hadnā€™t quoted us the cost at that point (which ended up being much more than we had expected to pay, but he had already closed our account with the other carrier. Weā€™re on day 2 trying to get support activating the Apple Watch line (literally the only reason we switched from Cricket to AT&T), and now when I called the store, the line was answered withā€hang on a secondā€ and immediately put on hold, and Iā€™ve been sitting here for its dead silence for 15 minutes as of this review. Gonna hang up and see if anyone actually cares to answer. Not holding my breath. Love our AT&T fiber, and had great service on that side, but the cellular service experience has been the worst. If I didnā€™t have a phone that I'm paying month-over-month, Iā€™d switch carriers again today. ~Mark
