Wow this is simply unacceptable . How do you say the item in stock and take money out my account for online order, then hour later say their no stock smh. Never saw this happen before especially reporting this to customer a hour later instead of right then there. Then you took my money out my bank account so now I have wait days for it to return back that most disappointing part. If you didnt have item dont list that you do and take a customer money. This location needs new commitment to customers too many incidents like this keep occurring. From last minute reporting of out of stock to not keep your store items in stock physically. If you want waste your time and money then go this location they will definitely accommodate you on that.

I’ve been doing drive up service for awhile at Target in Cedar Hill especially with online promotions to do so. Lately I’ve been experiencing extremely rude Target associates bringing out my items. Shoving my things in the window instead of using the door today and earlier this week having my door slammed extremely hard because your employee was upset I asked that she not beat on my passenger window to get my attention. It took awhile to come out and that was fine but I didn’t notice she went to that window instead of the driver side which I was sitting here browsing in your app while I waited. Today in addition to rude associates my items were brought out without a bag. So am I supposed to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all my items smh. I literally had to ask for a bag to be brought to me. What’s going on at Target! You guys appeared to be better than your competition but what’s happening?! I’ve been shopping with you guys a few times a week since February but I may have to reconsider. I appreciate promotions but I prefer good customer service more than anything else.

Sophie (or Sophia) checked us out and she was so sweet, fast and efficient. She even gave my daughter cute stickers! I love this target. It’s hard to encounter employees that don’t hate their job and this target is seriously so nice. Grocery shopping is never a chore here. Thanks again Sophie(a)!

My Target visit was an opportunity to compare prices. For items (food) the choices were adequate, and the produce section provided quality products.

This isn’t my first time getting pasta from Target’s deli section, but today is my first (and last) time at this location. I bought the tomato basil pasta salad and it was something hard and clear in my pasta…what even is this!?? It looks like melted plastic. I found a couple more pieces like this and I don’t even want to finish the food. Smh

Great Customer Service by Hazel. We came for charcoal, ice and disposable dishes for picnic, but totally forgot about ice! She recommended us to have ice if needed. It was pretty helpful

Monique in the Bakery was on top of her game. I've three adult children Birthday in April. When I called Carla she took very good care of me over the phone making sure my Niece & Nephew names and my children name where spelled correctly. But I apparently left the other Son with a much simpler name. My Sister picked up the cake and realized the error and caught it. Plus green leafs was on my whites roses which I didn't want. Guess what. Monique re-arrange the the entire coating on the cake adding all five names in the order I wanted them..She was a Life saver for real. I appreciate that Dearly. Thanks Target for having Awesome Employees that cares.

I just saw a team member collecting baskets from the coral. He pushed a whole line of baskets between the coral and my car as well as a truck parked in front of me. He had no regard for our property. When I tried to call customer service, it rang for 20 minutes and there was still no answer. I go to this store frequently, but I guess I will have to watch where I park from now on.

I love Target! It’s one of my favorite places to shop at. Have everything that you need all in one stop! I can go grocery shopping and clothes shopping for my son and me! ❤️ It! Love the sales...I know it’s getting colder but found some cute shorts for $6. Such helpful employees...helped with everything I needed. Open tonight...not packed at all on Christmas Eve!
