Best shoe store in Cedar Hill, Texas (TX) 2024

I've never walked out of Torrid unhappy. The discounts during sale times are amazing. I do wish the stores had more variety because there is so much more online and I prefer to try things on. Perhaps they could build a few larger locations that had space to hold more options. There's nothing like going in and finding cute clothes, shoes, accessories, and undies that fit. ~Brittani

They tend to close when they feel like it regardless of posted hours... holiday hours say 7pm and I'm outside as of 6:38pm. It's about 12 employees inside just looking at everyone attempt to come inside. I've witnessed 4 people come up... I was going to purchase 5 pairs of shoe myself. ~Dominique

The Associate Aaron was unprofessional in the way that he handled my transaction. He asked me if I wanted to exchange. I told him no because I purchased new shoes last week anticipating the exchange. He gave me all small bills the majority in 1 dollar bills because he didn't like the return. The unprofessional person didn't give me the larger bills although I requested he do so. Then he just gave it to me and didn't bother to count it out. I have spent literally hundreds of dollars in the last 3 weeks with a plan to return but you can guarantee they will not see any of my money. I would never choose to tolerate rudeness and disrespect. He would benefit from customer service training. ~Nichelle

This isn’t my first time getting pasta from Target’s deli section, but today is my first (and last) time at this location. I bought the tomato basil pasta salad and it was something hard and clear in my pasta…what even is this!?? It looks like melted plastic. I found a couple more pieces like this and I don’t even want to finish the food. Smh ~Tamaria
