I came here the other day with my sister and we were extremely uncomfortable. I was not allowed to shop in peace, the entire time we were being followed by the security guard. I didn’t look around as long as I would like to. When I made my purchase, I let the cashier know how uncomfortable that man made us and her response was that they have to keep a close eye on everyone because you never know who’s going to steal. I will no longer come back to this location, horrible experience!!

I came into this location on 7/24/22 for my appointment for a wash and flatiron. The stylist saw me and immediately stated she didn’t do textured hair which I thought was discriminatory especially for a wash and simple flat iron but after going back and forth for a little she proceeded to do my hair after I added some additional services. The entire process was pretty great, she was knowledgeable about hair and even gave me some great tips on my hair care. But at the very end she burnt me with the flat iron. I thought it was from the product she used to sleek my hair because she did advise that it gets pretty hot as she runs over with the flat iron so I didn’t think anything of it until I saw my skin on my forehead literally peeling off. I have contacted ULTA about this situation a few times to see if I could just get a partial refund AT LEAST for the flat iron service but sadly it doesn’t seem as if they care too much because as of today hadn’t heard a peep from them. First and last time getting my hair done at ULTA. (I have posted pictures of my burn as well) Go at your own risk!

I don't like this new location. Poor selection of hairbrushes. Or even beauty products like face masks. I'm not talking about face diapers. All I could see was make up, eye shadows. Didn't even see perfumes. Then lots of beeping. That would drive nuts if I had to work there.😵

I went to the Ulta in Ceder Hill, TX to get my hair colored and it was the best experience with Kelly. She does natural hair and is very professional and prompt. The store is very clean. This was my first and NOT my last time going there. This is my new go to salon for coloring. Thanks so much!

When the aroma hit your nose you will not be disappointed. They have my favorite perfume here and the price was right. I love shopping here because of the fragrance and the aroma of the store.

Every makeup you can think of is sold here. They sell all fragrances for men and women. Prices varied according to brand name. Good deals weekly. The hair salon is good but pricey. They do facials, etc.

Last time I shop at this Ulta, right after walking into the store security guard immediately followed me & my little sister. I was looking for a black eyeliner , while opening the testers that they have on display security yells behind me YOU CANT OPEN THAT YOU WILL DAMAGE IT AND WE CANT SELL IT, I look back and just say okay “I’m confused as these are testers” after saying okay he kept talking rude like I wasn’t even arguing about anything. Anyways I grab the eyeliner I need and walk to the hairbrushes in the back he immediately follows me again! I get my brush and tell my sister for us to check out and leave I felt so uncomfortable and harassed by this security guard. I understand it’s their job to keep an eye on customers shopping in the store but this was too much!

I wish Maria would of just said she didn’t feel comfortable trying to get the color I was requesting in first pic. Second pic is after first attempt which I stated several times no orange! Third pic is second attempt which took most of the orange out but still not what was requested. If the excuse is you have to phase to get it there that’s a lie because that first pic was done on one attempt! Also after $300 I’d expect to feel like I left a salon just let me leave on both occasions with blown out frizzy hair :/ and still wanted to charge me the se one attempt to correct the mistake. Never again. If anyone to go to I’d suggest Liz she’s seasoned and leaves you looking like you went to a salon. Unfortunately I didn’t get her :/. Thanks but no thanks ulta I’ll try my luck elsewhere.

This location is not keeping track of the 50 perfect capacity in store during this pandemic. Specially with holiday shopping they expect it to increase. They have an officer standing at door to prevent shoplifting but nothing on the regulations of covid19. The line was ridiculously long and no one was 6 feet apart. The store was packed jammed. I will share a picture of line from where I was standing but there was about 6 others behind me. No space what so ever. No giving directions and cashiers where moving super slow. Its better to shop online then go to the actual store. Not in compliance at all! So disappointing.
