I have been coming for the last three years. I was a little iffy at first as the front desk was rude. But after new staff no complaints. I am in and out and usually only tan spring and summer. The facility is very clean and well kept. The beds are nice too.

The evening staff is really nice ! I actually obtained my goal to even my skin tone out in the 4 visits so it was worth the money and experience.

The Cedar Hill location is always so clean. Kelly especially is so kind, professional and efficient. She even has taken the time to recognize me and knows my name when I walk in. I never have to wait long. Great experience!

Nick and Kelly are the reason I come to the cedar hill location. They have the best customer service ever!!!. Always greeted with a smile!! Love their knowledge of tanning and products, and I never have to give them my name. They remember me and even know my favorite bed. 💯💯🤩🤩

Kelly is the most amazing professional. I left my tanning lotion accidentally in the booth, had just bought it and it was expensive. I thought it was lost for sure, money down the drain. Two weeks later I came in and she and I talked as we always do, she’s extremely friendly and fun to talk to, and she handed me my lotion with a sticky note with my name on it attached to the bottle. I could not believe it, she restored faith in humanity! Unbelievably thoughtful, forever grateful for her. She’s an asset to the company for sure. Service: Tanning

I go to PBT on Payne street downtown (Victory Park) and also Cedar Hill 1382. I've had a great experience in both places. The staff at both locations are exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was 1 staff member at the victory park location that was a bit rude, not just to me but to another visitor as well, as if she knew what was best for her. The lady said she wanted the full 15 mins and she told her she would give her 7 because she would get in trouble for allowing her to do 15 with it being her first time to tan. So the customer told her to refund her money she would go elsewhere. That gave her a change of heart and she said she would give her the 15 mins. To not mention it to the manager. I think if I'm mkn a choice to tan it's my body and I'm paying for 15 min's whatever the case may be, well you're gonna give me what I'm paying for. Thank you for your advice but I'll take my chances. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Overall a great place.

I am posting this review out of concern for others.I had been going to this location for years for spray tanning. One day I decided to try a tanning bed because I had never used one before. When I went in for my session I asked the lady lots of questions because I had no ideal how to use one, I made it very clear to her repeatedly that I had never been in a tanning bed. Only after asking how to use the machine would she give me instruction. I found that odd. I asked her how Long I would be in the tanning bed and she told me 10 minutes. A few hours later at home after the session I realized I was in trouble when my skin felt tingly and tight. That was on a Friday. I did not sleep all that weekend or several days after that very well because I was extremely uncomfortable every time I moved, I was as red as a lobster. I have never been burned so severely. Layers of skin came off my body for well over 10 days. My burn was classified as a severe burn. I called corporate on Monday and told the district manager about my experience, she assured me that the lady had all the training that they provide and knew better not to put me in the tanning bed for more than five minutes. She repeatedly apologized and comped me a couple of bottles of lotion. I assumed that they would fire the lady for this. When I eventually went back I saw her there which greatly upset me. The district manager told me to call her back if I had any further concerns and when I did she did not respond to my phone call. I have since educated myself on tanning beds which I wish I would’ve done before hand. I would not recommend anyone use them they are extremely dangerous and do permanent damage to your skin but if you do decide to use one please educate yourself on the use of them and do not depend on someone at a tanning salon to do the right thing.

Beware!!! I cancelled my membership years ago. Went to the location not far from my job. Was told to call corporate. I did per the instructions from the store manager. Thought everything was free and clear. Was told membership might be more when I rejoin. I said ok. Went again to start over and was told I had a 198.00 unpaid balance. Explained my process I went through and was informed that I was mislead and that I had to pay that plus a NSF fee and have to have automated bank draft in order to rejoin. I was very disappointed in the way the employee was rude and very unprofessional. Had they explained it to me nicely I'd have no problem. Make sure you get it in writing or through email. Of course this did not happen at the Cedar Hill location.
