Conroe location is too much like working a deal at a car dealership. Lots of waiting while sales personnel have to "check with the manager" on multiple questions. Buying a TV or sound bar shouldn't be so difficult. Wanted to hear a particular speaker, three different employees couldn't figure out how to make it work, they said it wasn't hooked up right and would need their tech dept. to fix it. My wife fixed it while I was looking at another speaker. 🙄 Conns sales people used to be fairly knowledgeable on their products, not so much anymore.

As you might know my wife and I have been dealing with these con artists for over 2 years now. We paid them religiously for 12 months straight on time. They added on $2,000 of bogus insurance not letting us know. So we're having to pay 4 times what the refrigerator is actually worth. Then they have the audacity to send us an email stating that we will no longer be able to shop at their stores ever again. Well let me tell you if I never step foot in your place the rest of my life that would be too soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are called cons for a reason! I have been getting the run around with my item being delivered. Went here because they had next day delivery on a fridge but still I am going without a fridge. Customer service is horrible tried to cancel to go somewhere else yet they still want to charge for an item that has never been delivered. Do not recommend this hassle for anyone!

Be very careful financing here the products aren’t great and they WILL NOT HELP YOU with or without warranty/insurance it is so hard to close down an account they will start adding fees no one can answer where those fees are coming from. They will make it impossible for you. They can only “see” certain stuff on there screens but never have answers for you. Make sure to always keep your recipes even tho they don’t care.

Never and I repeat never buy anything from Conns. It's really my fault. I knew better. There's a reason their name is Conns. I bought a supposed brand new washer and dryer from them that I'm starting to think was used. The washer panel stopped working right and the dryer drawer was broken from the get go. They give you the run around and never actually fix anything. Buyer beware. BTW when and if they write back to this review, don't believe them. I've already contacted them a bunch of times and they told me to pound sand. I have included pictures of them but I can't include pictures of the washer since it happens when I move the dial, which means I would need a video. So basically what happened was the pedestal for the dryer is broken and I contacted their foreign call center right away to open a case. To be fair they keep emailing me asking for pictures, which I send, but they never seem to get. When you call, they just say we'll have someone get ahold of you, and never do. Now the washer, the repair guy replaced the panel, the issue still happens and his response, it might just be the way it's supposed to be. I called and said I want to return them, at which point they said 15 percent restocking fee, at which point I said "why would I pay that on something that is broken?" And their response, call Samsung, which I did BTW and they say call Conns. Oh and btw Conns goes "you didn't buy the protection plan". I just bought them less then a month ago, so what would that matter anyway. That tells me they know they are selling broken things and are scamming people. Unfortunately, they don't know me at all. I will literally put reviews everywhere online and won't stop until they fix this. I didn't buy used items for brand new prices.

Great service! I personally did my application online first and instantly received a followed up call by Asim a few minutes after who helped us with the purchase of our refrigerator. Asim made sure to explain everything, made the process very quick and efficient!
