The rating is for the service, not the food. I saw the sign for the new breakfast bundle and had to try it. I drove up to the Order spot and talked to a young lady inside who knew not a lot about the bundle. She offered me the sandwich, potatoes and coffee as the bundle. Then when she repeated it back, she said that the coffee had to be purchased separately. As for the sandwich, it did not come on a croissant roll but on some thing that looked like a square bun. All in all, it was hot fresh and tasty. I would get it again.

Completely disregarded my order. It shouldn't be too hard to follow a word for word doordash request. I'm recovering from labor and a small thing as remembering to give me BOTH sauces I selected and the correct type of nuggets (SPICY) seems difficult.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I've know folks who've worked at this location and I can guarantee that if there is food going or just out of date they will still serve it just for the sake of ensuring cost coverage! I have seen them selling and making Chilli with meat that was over a week out of date and had already begun to turn! All directed by the store managers and their boss. DO NOT EAT HERE!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!

This was my only visit to this particular Wendy's, it had been many years since my last visit to one. I was pleasantly surprised to find the meal (double cheese burger and fries)prepared just right. However the soda machine needed to be service as none of the sodas had the proper mixtures. Staff were friendly and competent to their task. If I have occasion to be in the area again I would stop in again.

Ordered 1 burger nothing more. Took a bite and it was hair. Took it back and asked for a new one as I was not going to eat it. A new burger was made and the African American woman who made it snarled and made a comment which I did not hear as she walked into the manager office with the light off. I asked is there a problem? No one responded. It shows how unhappy she was. Not only was she on her phone while being in the food prep area she was rude and unprofessional. Don’t disrespect customers if your unhappy with your job do something to change it. Ridiculous how some employees are rude for no damn reason. Manager allows this type of unprofessional behavior to occur at work and should be spoken to regarding his staff and his own work ethics.

I waited almost 20 minutes for a kids nugget meal, 1 biggie bag burger 2 drinks and a 10 piece nuggets. The coupon I tried to use from the app didn't work. My nuggets were cold, my burger had to be remade, the kids meal was missing the drink and the apple slices and my sweet tea was flavored with peach when I asked for a regular sweet tea. I paid $22 for a messed up order and I will most definitely not be coming back to waste my time and my money

Pulled up to pay/receive my order and saw an employee biting his nails and saw that his nails were dirty. I mentioned what I observed and saw that he may have washed his hands (not certain). My family was directed to pull up to wait for our order. When we got our food, none of the items were fresh, the frosty was melted. Why would they make us wait for food that wasn't fresh 🤨

Came in around 1pm June 20th , it was packed with customers yet the staff kept pumping out orders back to back to back. Loved their high spirits and fast pace. Their manager should be proud of not only cashiers but cooks as well. Keep up the energy highly satisfied with everything.
